Quality Roots - Battle Creek

What a GREAT experience in the recreational purchase process. My flower has been absolutely top notch, perfectly packaged with humidity control packets in each eigth, and the customer service even given the weird times we're in is impeccable. I would LOVE to see a way to maybe request certain strains make a reappearance in the different price brackets, depending on community feedback on favorites? if these guys have Donkeybutter in stock, nab some. it's worth every cent!!

Felt like the budtenders just wanted to sell me high priced items, it didn't feel like they listened to what I said I was looking for at all. Not a lot of diversity in their employees either which just made me feel like I didn't belong there the whole time. Being a fat person I don't appreciate when people smaller than me try to tell me what edibles are "healthiest" for me. I just felt uncomfortable the whole time. I will not be shopping here again.

First time here on 02APR2022. Check what they sell you before leaving the store. Went in asking for sativa flower recommendations. Emphasized I did not want indica nor a hybrid. Once home, what did I in the bag? Pro Gro Rainbow Belts and DogHouse Thizzlez, hybrids that are definitely on the indica side. And the stuff looks and feels pretty dry!!! Lesson re-learned: Buyer Beware. Check, check, check. Mediocre and dry flower. Switch and bait approach to customer service. There are other places in Monroe I will check out. But QR? Hey, Kyle – got me this time. There won't be a 2nd. We won’t be back.

I found a rosin on their website under a specials tab at a special price and when I went into buy this rosin they said that that was incorrect their own website had the incorrect prices and they would not honor them and I would not trust them to honor any price really so go there and expect to pay whatever they tell you you have to

I did a curbside pick up a few weeks ago. By far the best quality flower I have found in MI. Very fresh and well packaged. Great strains to help ease my Chrons and chronic pain symptoms. Friendly, efficient service, great products and a good price. Looking forward to my next visit.

From quality to customer service to atmosphere, Quality Roots Has outdone themselves. It’s amazing to always see changes and their strive to be a cannabis leader in Michigan. Not like all the other dank and questionable dispensaries in the area, and state. If you take your cannabis game serious, this is where you belong.

This review is long overdue as I shop here often. They hands down have the best quality and variety of flower around. The flash sales really help the budget spender. Hats off to the Quality Roots knowledgeable staff and management for being such a great edition to The Creek. Keep up the great work!

Don't be discouraged by Leafly saying that there are no Deals. If you give Quality Roots your number, they will send texts with their specials. They're respectful with the number of texts sent. And the deals are good!
