I had an extremely invasive and painful surgery that was supposed to be a simple procedure. The pain is terrible. I ordered from the website for delivery but ended up getting trapped at the hospital. He worked with me through all of that. But what's more and what is so profound is that he decided to come out on Sunday morning... Sunday morning to give me my medicine so I can continue the mend. I'm loyal to Purspirit from now on simply because they truly care about the patient and it shows! I have been using dispensaries since they became illegal in 2013. I have been messing around in the professional cannabis game for about 27 years now. If you want a ridiculously good quality dispensary that treats their customers right and doesn't gouge them, you need to come to this dispensary. The staff has incredible knowledge about the plant and its products. I don't really suggest any other dispensary in Northwest Arkansas. They have an incredible ability to take care of their I highly suggest using purspirit cannabis dispensary.

I have been going to Acanza for over two years. The bud is becoming more and more dry and is usually repacked in bad "pill bottles". Doesn't help they have their own little grow now so even more profit shaving. Pure spirit is a further drive for me, but the quality more than makes up for the extra mileage. Bud is always sealed in the growers packaging still and is not hard and crispy like what I have been getting more and more from the "other place". One thing to note, they do not accept cards at the register. They have an ATM on site but I recommend bringing cash to avoid unnecessary fees. Online order to speed the in-and-out, and try to ask about daily deals if you remember, sometimes they are online, but not always. The staff seems to always be helpful and polite. Eager to help the next customer. Chairs in the lobby could use a cleaning or replacement. Other than that its a great place to stop in, or make your regular shop.

Love the "easy in, easy out" nature. folks are very friendly. I only wish they would put everything they have online. This way I know what I need when I go in and I can get out quick. Especially in this time of pandemic.

They were extremely kind to me being compromised and they made sure I got my medicine to my car and I never had to get out

Service is awesome! Products are awesome. Menus are plain. Our spirit also has a lovely lobby with many helpful and also some very nice items to help along the journey of incorporating this new health management method into my daily walk. 🥰 My experiences at Purspirit have been exemplary and have included: a kind staff that is safety minded, polite, understanding of my day to day journey, knowledgeable and eager to share and apply their knowledge. No one has made me feel traumatized for asking! The staff understand why I am there! Bad experiences in the city of Bentonville.

Purspirit is a beautiful dispensary with a welcoming feeling and attitude. Even with mask and social distancing all around us, the waiting area gives a comfortable place to wait and interact with others.
