Well, the staff is awesome and friendly, building and atmosphere are excellent. Price is a concern. They offer you reward points that accumulate very slowly. Other shops in the area offer a cheaper price plus give discounts on top of that. If you are looking for something like RSO, Cana is drinks or other products that aren’t mainstream flower they have a decent selection. The flower is good but the selection could improve.

I like how big the dispensary is and open so you can browse grinders and budder making machines. I always get the same bud tender when I go there james m answers all the questions i might have and let me now some sales and how much it would be out the door great place to go in Fayetteville

I cant say enough about this place. I've been to all the dispensaries in NWA and this is by far the best. Daily Deals alone are better than all the rest, but on top of that the staff is super helpful. Many times they have even stopped me from buying a product one day because it is going on sale in a couple of days!!!!! That is amazing customer service. Very knowledgeable and I've never disliked a recommendation. Please make the trip if you are from Rogers/Bentonville area. You will save money and get in and out faster than other locations.

First I would like to say this is the best dispensary I've been to in Arkansas. Excellent facility, information and gear/goodies and the staff are kind and genuine. They have great deals and they hope to implement more in the future. I did have a problem today and I'm honestly a bit shocked that preventative measures were not already in place. There is often a decent line to get into the shop itself due to COVID-19, so lots of standing outside...understandable. Today, was the longest I've waited so far and it really wasn't even that long. The problem for me was the persistent smell of people smoking cigarettes while I'm waiting in line to get my MEDICINE. I was literally being poisoned waiting in line for medication. I called Purspirit while I was in line and mentioned what a nuisance it was and which person was doing it. I was told it would be looked into. Nothing happened. When I was finally inside the building, I inquired about the issue and I was told there was nothing they can do. First, isn't there a law about smoking within so many feet of a business entrance? Secondly, "No Smoking" signs could be placed all over the building and lot. So, yes, something can be done. Like I said, it's absolutely outrageous that anyone has to deal with someone else's poison while stuck in a line trying to get MEDICINE. There was an area over by the trash bin that could be made into a smoking section. If they don't like the smell of the trash bin...hey, welcome to the other party. If I have to deal with being forced to smoke a cigarette here again, it will be my last time coming here. Hate to be like that, this place is great in every other way, but I'm not going to deal with inhaling someones cigarette. It's an absolute violation of everyone else there that doesn't smoke and apparently she can do as she pleases. If it was a bar I was waiting to get into, sure, but it's a place of health and well being...that's the kind of life I try to live and that's why I don't go and buy cigarettes myself and bombard myself and others with my toxicity. Anyway, I feel I've made my point, even though it shouldn't have had to even been made. To explain my ratings... 5-stars for QUALITY everything, even the free swag. 3-stars for SERVICE because I think allowing people to smoke cigarette around everyone else is unquestionably poor service. All good other wise. On ATMOSPHERE I gave 3-stars, again due to the cigarette smoke. Otherwise it's a great building and good people. They have a good social distancing thing going on, but the cigarettes are a 100% no-go. Cheers to you all and to anyone that smokes cigarettes, have fun ruining everyone else's experience.

I absolutely adore this dispensary. I’ve never had a negative experience here, and that is certainly not the case with the other dispensary in Fayetteville. Contrary to my experiences there, PurSpirit always has incredible and abundant inventory and a genuinely friendly staff. Six stars. Thank you guys for being so awesome!

Zach was great and the service was welcoming. I like how I didn’t feel rushed out the door and he took his time to explain the processes for a first time patient. Overall was pleased with the experience. Purspirit is near the top rankings for the dispensaries in NWA. Only thing I wish was different is that they had a tip jar. He explained that they don’t have a jar because they don’t want to make people feel obligated to tip, however I love to tip service employees who take their time to give quality service! The whole point of a tip is that it’s not required or expected, just a token of a patients appreciation :)

Ive been an Acanza customer for years. Never again. They don't show you what you're buying, its a turn and burn experience every time and they prepackage their buds with popcorn and shake, they never honor deals past 24 hours, and they are one of the most expensive dispensaries in NWA, 225$ an ounce......OUCH. Two trips to Purspirit and i can say, it is incredibly welcoming, clean, comfortable, friendly, and have deals that Acanza could never match 170$ ounce out the door. Very knowledgeable staff that really takes the time to care for each patient. Sorry for doggin, but it is night and day.

Dispensary is very clean, organized, has an open floor plan and is very well stocked with a variety of products. Service was outstanding with very friendly and knowledgeable staff members. This will from now on be my #1 go-to!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Nice environment. Good location. Great products. Had to wait a bit outside in line to get in, but it went fast, They provided fans where you wait and was given a nice really cold bottle of water! That was very thoughtful of them during this COVID-19 social distancing. It will be my main dispensary to go to.😀 Stay cool. 😎
