This was my 1st time to any medicinal dispensary. I drove down from Bentonville. I placed my order online. It was filled in 4 minutes! When I arrived, the process was smooth to be compliant with COVID-19. I signed in, got a pager, and waited 35 min in my car. When my turn came, I went up and went inside. The gal at the front door( Sorry I dont remember your nane) helped me print and laminate my card. Gates could not have been ANY nicer and professional. Tyler, who helped with my actual order, was patient, professional, and super knowledgable. He recommended sime changes to my online order and let me add some additional items without feeling rushed whatsoever. Veterans receive a 15% discount as well! This was a top notch customer service experience. athis will be THE shop I but from going forward! Thank You Purspirit!!
This place is so close to me it would be very convenient for this to become my main place of business but with the little care they take on the website and leafly it makes me end up at the other place. I want to know before i ever go what I want and the cost. I know this has been repeatedly been mentioned in reviews yet when I use the filter for flower I get concentrates. In my mind if customers are all asking for the same thing and that seems to be where the least focus is given.. well to me it seems they don’t listen well to their customers and if that is the case what else do they ignore?
I am glad they are working on getting the approval for their compassionate care program and that is great.
They are super friendly.
Prices tend to be a bit higher but comparable.
They have a wider selection that the other local place.
This place is amazing, I wish I could work here, I love to sell items, been in sells all my life. Great excellent price , friendly people,and The best place in town hands down. So if you want great prices, and excellent customer service look no further,here it is the best. I still want a Job. 😂
