Always a great experience every time I come in! Super speedy process with very nice employees and the girl who checked me in at the front desk(didn’t get her name) was really friendly and cute. Will definitely be coming back.
Tony the manager was the absolute rude and unhelpful..
I bought a battery and what do you know, it doesn't work.
I live 30 minutes east of town, so turning around and coming back to swap it out wasn't an option.
I called asked what the options were, and got attitude and push back.
I was then told I should have tested the product before leaving the store? So now I'm getting suggested to break the law and drive while intoxicated? After 5 minutes of Tony interrupting me non stop, he then told me I was banned and hung up on me.
I suffer from PTSD, and Tony successfully triggered that, and after mentioning that to him, he laughed.
There's how many dispensaries open now? Don't waste your time with these guys. You're just a number here.
