I love coming to this place and everything about them was great, but recently when I have asked a strains grower the budtender told me the owner doesn't want that info given out. First off that's really shady especially when they couldn't tell me why, but that may not be the budtenders fault. Second off I would like to know what grower my medicine is coming from. Please fix this if possible because being told that I can't know the grower of my medicine is major turn off for me.
This has been my go to for the longest time now, but I will no longer be coming here. I bought a vice preroll pack and when I got home and tried one it was harsh, tasted awful, gave me a headache, and half way through I started getting a tingling feeling on my fingers and lips like I was smoking something with menthol in it. I decided to open one up and I find shake, trim, and stems. I decide to go back and let them know thinking maybe I can at least get an exchange...nope. No return or exchange policy for a product that is clearly not medical grade. I wasted pretty much $30 on a product that I can't finish because it was so bad. Like I said PureRX has lost me as a customer.
I was really pleasantly surprised. they have a really good selection of edibles, concentrates and flower. this is this first place that I have found where the flower doesn't smell like hay. out the door pricing is also a plus.
I love this place! For the following reasons: located just off the main drag, great parking, price includes tax ( Never liked math), Employees were wonderful and informative.
My only suggestion would be to lighten up the "medical" appearance inside building.
