I stopped in recently for the first time to check out the selection of $25 eighths and ended up getting a little more than I anticipated due to their quality bud and nice first time patient discount. The shop was nice inside and felt very secure. I really liked how they have mini jars of each bud available for you to look at and smell. The budtender seemed very disinterested in helping me. She didn't ask me any questions and offered no recommendations or guidance. As a newer patient with questions, it was intimating. The way you pay by putting your money in a tiny door and wait to get your merch put in was strange. I'm sure it's just an extra security measure but I felt weird about not seeing the bud being packaged up and weighed in front of me. It felt like I was at a fast food restaurant having to make sure I got what I ordered. When I looked in the bag, that's when I saw the generous extra swag for being a new patient and I felt better about the things that bothered me.

This used to be THE best disp in Lansing... That has changed... I drive from 100 miles away for my meds... Used to be able to count on pure options to carry the potent, clean top shelf meds i want and NEED. In my last 3 visits ive recieved top shelf flowers ( 20 a gram, highest price in the state ) that were either moldy or infected with powdery mildew, completely unusable... U gag trying to inhale...also, i totally disagree with their so called vending machine, if their top shelf they let u see is garbage, what do you think they r puttin in the pre packaged machine that u cant smell or see closely until after they have your money...also, while their budtenders might be easy on the eyes, and somewhat friendly, there r diff girls everytime i go in, never a familiar face....ive never had a good strain recomended to me by them, they always push strains on me that are pure chemichal garbage or infected with mold or powdery mildew, my guess is cuz its what they have the most of, or got fir the cheapest... There is absolutely NO reason to go here anymore when their flower quality has dropped so tremendously , and their prices havent ...the place may be safe, and clean... But if u cant get what u need why would u go there ? Go to almost any other disp in lansing for the same quality ( or even better now) for half the price. These top dollar timmys, without true top shelf herbs r on a one way street to closing down.... They will not receive another penny from me or anyone i know... Try another shop... Any of them... But best buds is a place to start

I have to say that this place does stand behind their product unlike many others. I was invited back to give Pure Options a second chance. They were aware of some product becoming over dry. Well they have taken all the necessary steps to correct the issue. They even made it right on my end. The "new" product I got was not all super dried out. It did not turn to dust when touched. Broke down and burned very nicely. Top notch meds. I am glad that Pure Options contacted me and asked me to give them another chance. I recommend Pure Options to anyone & everyone that wants good quality meds at a fair price.

Very helpful & their edibles are perfect in my book..Not too much and definitely helps with anxiety/chronic back pain.

great place, little pricey. smaller selection of flowers but the og kush breath was good. vape carts was good also. candies are crap avoid the candies! clean place friendly staff on the expensive side but not horrible. may go again, but could fine better prices elsewhere.

Over the last few months I've noticed this shop is having trouble getting orders right. I have had two of my orders messed up ( missing or mislabeled product). I also watched another customer ask about missing product and a friend of mine got shorted an item. The bud tenders seem less knowledgelable than they were when I first started visiting. I hope they can resolve these issues. I won't necessarily stop going, but I will triple check my order before leaving from now on.

Pure Options is a pretty cool place overall. The process is easy, quick, and hassle free and I liked the facility. The prices are on target and they offer a military discount (active or inactive) and for first time visitors you will get a 20% discount. As for the process, well that's a bit strange, but I was assured that t was for my protection and for that of the budmasters, who you never see by the way. After you make your "order" you wait for notification and then take your package from behind one of four little doors..like you'd find at a post office. There you will find your meds. I will say that these folks are very accommodating. In that they gave me a free edible (cookie) and thru in a free pre-roll. I appreciate their customer service, and new patient freebies. I would definitely recommend stopping by Pure Options if you are in or near the Lansing area, or, like me passing through.

This shop used to be my favorite dispensary hands down. I am from Grand Rapids so it is a bit of a drive to come out but I loved the selection especially for concentrates and such great pricing. the atmosphere is clean and bright, welcoming which I really appreciated. The staff wasn't as knowledgable about the products as I had hoped and they aren't typically able to give me solid recommendations. The goodie bag for first time patients it generous and a nice surprise. In the last few months I've seen a decline in service and quality of product. I've been shorted grams and their pre weighed .5 g don't seem to be quite right. Sometimes the wax is different than in the display or its old and crumbly... Or so stuck to the parchment it's not worth buying. I have to say I'm really disappointed because this was my favorite place to visit for meds.i don't know if I'll be shopping here anymore if these things don't improve.

Their clear cartridges are so good and tasty! Plus the staff was knowledgeable and nice. Very professional.

I must say that the variety of meds here is phenomenal,overall, though the biggest draw for me is the general atmosphere and relatively safe location. No weird vibes from this place or the area around it.

My go-to shop, they have a nice selection and a clean, professional building. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, it's always a pleasant experience!

I have been to this location a great many times. The staff is quite friendly and the product is among the best I have sampled. I would highly recommend this dispensary to anyone that is looking for a place to see a vast array of both flower and extracts. The selection of edibles is small, but represents a few very solid companies.

Made my first visit here as new patient yesterday. Overall excellent experience with comfortable atmosphere and knowledgeable staff behind the counter. Satisfied with the product I bought, the C4 strain, and got a few freebies with the purchase! Professionally done with a relaxed touch, I will definitely be a return customer for them. 👌😎

I Dont think I KNOW this is the best dispensary in lansing. If you havent been here yet you are already missing out. The buds here are the best in michigan hands down. The Bud Tenders here real cool cute girls that know a lot about the buds, and can give good recommendations if you cant decide from all the choices. Stop by if your passing thru and I guarantee you will be back.

I live close to Kalamazoo but this provisioning center is by far my favorite!!! the prices on wax an the sause you can't beat it an the flower selection is great... get the lemon Skittles for an awesome sativa 🍋😍😍😍 thanks for the 10 percent vet discount also you guys rock

This place is on my top 3 places in Lansing to go. They have great quality buds and the budtenders are super helpful and the know their stuff.

I've shopped at Pure Options for about six months now. First the positives: it smells nice; it's clean, and the medicine is usually good quality & strong. However, as a woman I've been treated badly when visiting on several occasions. There is almost always some sports game / commentary on the tv and some of the guys who work there can't keep their eyes off it. If you don't talk to them about sports they have nothing to say to you. I have also been ignored/dismissed because a more beautiful woman or a man comes in and the budtender starts talking to them and completely forgets about me. Often I hear other customers (men) receiving a better price than what is listed when they place their order. I've also seen men get extra freebies that I've never been offered. My final complaint is that their Tuesday deal keeps changing; when I first started going I could get an ounce for $200 every Tuesday. They've gotten rid of that and now it's only the highest price strains (they usually only have around 5-6 strains that are $10, the rest are way more expensive) that are marginally discounted.

Great flower selection, knowledgable staff. & very a comforting/welcoming lobby. Will visit again! - got a free pre roll, small bowl, & a lighter for being my first time there! Great overall visit!
