Pure Options - Frandor - Medical

My 1st vist was Mon 26th. I feel like I was RIPPED OFF. I am so disappointed & feel like I was treated unfairly. I came to buy clones. I received 2 in one bag & 1 w/preroll I bought. I went home which is a 15 min drive. I carried the bags by the top & was very careful(been growing 10yrs). When I opened bag w/1 clone & preroll ; the plant was broke & I did NOT receive a free preroll as I was told . I called immediately & was told "That it was a final purchase; NOTHING THEY COULD DO. Your online testimony states: here for the locals so can grow their own. Want to be a help in the community. THAT ISNT THE WAY IT SEEMS TO ME. How much could it have cost the store to replace ? I would recommend for everyone to check their bags before leaving. I wish I would have looked in my bags. It was worst experience I've ever had at any Lansing dispensaries.

FRANKIE IS PHENOMENAL!!! She went the extra step to make sure the sale was completed by simply typing in my entire card number! The two previous team members that I worked with must not have known this step but it was inconvenient to come back to Pure Options - Frandor three times! Just grateful that Frankie took care of me the third time!
