All about their clone game. Bought clones from them last year and here’s my musings plus a recent interaction, but let’s start with last year. Bought the following clones, Mt. hood magic, gelato 33, zurple punch and cherry pie breath. The bud tender was a cool guy and very helpful I will say that. Got back to my hotel and took them out of the bag for the night, it was a muggy warm summer night. The next morning they already had visible powdery mildew although annoying, something I know how to deal with. Sent them an email just giving Them a heads up but not asking anything of them which I got no response. Now fast forward to the first finish of said clones. The gelato and cherry pie breath were both good. The CPB being very runty and although good not worth keeping. The zurple punch was a giant stretchy mutant with tiny buds and yes good bud undesirable pheno. The mt hood magic was just plain terrible and threw it away promptly. All in all not PC’s fault but their sources at the time didn’t pheno hunt well before releasing their cuts. Now fast forward to a couple days ago. I called to see what clones as I was passing through town and the online menu seemed to be sporadic and I wasn’t sure the protocol with covid. The gal on the phone was kinda rude and told me it was curbside pickup and got annoyed quickly as if I should know already and told me in a very irritated voice that she’s trying to fill orders as we speak and to place my order with Leafly. FYI when you search progressive collective and click on YOUR website it goes to a spam site! I’d of let this all slide without this long winded review had you not been rude. Even with your lame clones. ✌️

Kind of hard for me to find the location but after all it was worth it. Easy going and very friendly people. Btw Tony, I bought some of that tiger balm you recommended for my wife. That stuff works wonders.

Dear Reader, I have been growing and for over 25 years, and smoking even longer... That being said, a dispensary, that will remain anonymous in THIS posting, sold me 2-3 plants that were infested with some brand new variety of Martian Spider Mites, (no doubt Genetically Modified by the government), and the flowering room was lost to the infestation. That being said, other than the constant gamble of procuring proper legit genetics, now I knew, from this experience, that I must also fear tainted, insect ridden clones on the market. I called around and eventually spoke to one particular grower, who is also about to open a store and seed bank, with over 200 strains. I figured he'd know where to go to find some plants to replace my garden. Problem is I was looking for something very specific, and very hard to come by: 3-4 clones that were as legally mature as possible (as I already had a veg room going, I just need to fill the flowering room vacancy with some girls I could turn immediately.) I also have a very specific list of plant that I will grow. Well I took dude's advice and called Progressive. This after just getting off the phone with the dispensary a few blocks up the street from Progressive, who told me that they had some rather young clones, more like clippings, and all 3 of them were a particular strain I, personally, would't waste any time growing. Got on the phone with Progressive, and by the time their rep in the back room finished reading their list of genetics, I was out the door and headed to Burnside. Again don't judge a book by it's cover, cause I work at a dispensary off Powell, and it looks like a dispensary you'd find on Powell, BUT... Progressive was like an oasis from the mess and noise of Burnside. Yes the Max was passing as I opened their doors, but the atmosphere soon cancelled it out and I was swept inside. The Owner/Manager who was relaxing in front of the large flatscreen, smiled and let me into his playground. I saw 4 shelves of plants, most of which were at least 4-7inches, and firmly rooted, and happily healthy. I surveyed each and every plant, even some I wasn't interested in (mostly to compare strains, as Progressive utilizes a collective format with local growers, so you will see a variety of certain strains). I left with 3 beautiful plants: Strawberry/Rhino, Berner's cut Girl Scout Cookie, & Cookie Dough. In addition, I checked out all of their meds, and found to my amazement, that not only was his selection of flower, oils, tinctures, medibles, and topical was outstanding, BUT his donation prices were very competitive. One item in particular, that I purchase on a weekly if not more frequent basis , was $15 cheaper at Progressive. So that being said, I will happily go a couple extra blocks to enjoy the surroundings, knowledge, professionalism, and hospitality I was shown at Progressive Collective. I will be back!

For the first time in six years of buying medical marijuana in Portland this place under weighed my flower. Buying a gram and it was .9 I don’t care if it off by just a 10th of a gram it’s the whole point of it it should be over by a 10th of a gram. that’s uncalled for, and its bad buisness period. I also think that the lady did it on purpose

I have never written a review before but this one is warranted. I have been to this dispensary twice now. Both times to buy clones. I am a first time grower and clueless. Both times I went to this dispensary I was told the person who knows about growing clones was on break. What are the odds? I had two or three questions about the clones and how to even begin? I was again, both times told no one working there knew anything about clones. I waited 40 minutes the second visit and still no one(in a clone store) knows anything about clones. The person helping me on visit two didn’t know if the clone I was purchasing was indica. All in all the clones (3 total) were ok. One clearly unhealthy. The other was ok. The third I purchased was actually healthy and in good shape. For its rep I was extremely disappointed. Maybe I got unlucky twice?

I have purchased 2 separate clones from here on separate visits. They didn’t live very long... by the next morning they both went through the same changes...Mold! I tried to control it, but it had clearly been there a while. The second clone I purchased was with a lady who suggested keeping it separate from any others, and maybe giving it a sulfur treatment... um... okay, but if you know it’s no good, why sell it?! Never shop here for clones, watch for moldy buds and I won’t be caught there again.

Their page says that they have the best clone selection in Portland. This is no lie friends! The staff is wonderfully knowledgeable, the atmosphere is relaxed and professional.

This place is still getting setup but the service and meds were great. I was going to try two strains but they don't actually take cards, so I only tried one. There were sorry for the misunderstanding and let me sample the other strain and hooked me up with two fat pre rolls. Check them out, the lemon Larry og is very potent.

I loved the quality of meds that are available. The meds the guys suggested were awesome!! The guys were awesome and so helpful!! I had spent some time reading about the different strains and choosing what I had wanted before I went in an I walked out with totally different medicines than what I had originally thought I would be buying. Their sign for the building isn't up yet and I don't know that area of portland too well so just know it's on the corner by the street. Said they will be putting up signs next week. I went an hour before closing and the door was locked so just wait by the door so they can let you in. Happy customer!! The place was simple and wasn't sketchy and I just felt so comfortable when I was there. Will be back for sure!! Again great quality meds, chill place, awesome guys!

Easily one of the best stores in Portland. Always the best product, great deals, friendly staff. They aren’t afraid to make a recommendation which has always satisfied my needs. We just gotta figure out a way to Make them more known. Checked this place out a couple of weeks ago. Staff was friendly and helpful from the start. The place is brightly lit and roomy. They've got a nice array of flowers all very well grown. They've also got a very nice range of concentrates, from BHO/PHOs to solvent-less ice wax and CO2 extractions. I particularly noticed the pride in which Roger tends to the clone starts they offer, and he was ready to offer tips in properly raising the starts at home. They really appear interested in matching the patient with the best strain for their ailment(s). A good experience overall. Keep it up guys.

Good meds and ever better employees they were locking the door as I walked up so I was gonna find another shop to visit and he let the last patient out and seen me and let me come in and get my meds thanks made my night 😋

What a waste of time and money. Thanks for the broad mites that came complimentary with my purchase of a clone of Gorilla glue #4. Maybe instead of just stating that you have certified inspectors and make no guarantees of bug free plants you should just be straight up with people and tell them they're 99.9% likely to be buying a mite infested plant. Y'all should buy some 100x loops for your employees to see the bugs for themselves and then take some steps to eradicate the issue(s) and sell clean, bug free clones. Now I get to start all over again, such a shame.

I just picked up some of their clones and teens. I gotta say this is the best quality teens I've seen. The chocolate thai is fire! Thanks guys! I'll see you tomorrow after I cash my check. I'm making you guys my go to spot every Thursday and Fridays
