This is my go-to for delivery. Top notch customer service! I’ve needed to substitute products a few times and each time was a breeze. Kayla and Jacob have delivered to me and they are both awesome! I have yet to go inside (delivery is just so convenient and easy!) but today when Kayla delivered my order, she convinced me to drop in sometime which I definitely will! Thanks guys, you all rock!

Best dispensary I have ever been too! When you go in it’s a bright welcoming atmosphere with AWESOME and knowledgeable budtenders. If someone doesn’t know the answer to your questions they will find the answer for you or ask someone who knows. Now the BUD. Great bud. Always have a good amount of strains on the discount shelf. I’m picky but I always find something good when money is in a pinch! They have great top tier buds and Wednesday it’s 8 dollars a gram! If you are looking for something fun there are tons of edibles , rose leaf blunts, “chew” but it’s marijuana! Many unique items. Woman owned , clean, happy environment. I always get excited to go there and buy what I need.

Hands down Preserve is the nicest shop in town. With a huge selection of beautiful and pungent buds, concentrates and delicious edibles their selection is enormous. The shop is very bright and inviting with beautiful wood finishes and elegant product displays. And the staff are very tentative and eager to serve you and answer any questions. I've never had a negative experience since I started coming here both at the store and with their recommendations.

My spouse and i enjoy shopping at this dispensary. What you need to know, it's clean and very organized. The staff and owner is very friendly and helpful. They always have our type of products that we purchase every month. They have the best availability and price on tropicals and tinctures. The top shelf flower is always fresh. So if you your reading this review, you really should go check this place out. Also it's women owned. Maybe that's why it's clean and organized. 😊

I really like this place for its products but, also, for the staff. The first time I went there a young guy helped me. Oh my gosh, he was a great salesperson. I wound up spending more than I wanted but, everything I got I also needed. The second time I went there everyone was helpful but, I was not overly impressed. However, what I got worked. So this was a positive experience. The last time I went in there was a young woman there who was so helpful. She made me laugh so hard! And she really knew her stuff. Thanks, Amy!

Favorite spot in town!

The best spot in Salem and the surrounding area for sure. Great growers, nice house flower, and awesome employees. A place you'd being a high-class friend just getting into weed, and a hardened stoner as well. Something for everyone. This is the place you dreamed of before weed became legal. Classy, well-intentioned, clean. They'll get my weed buying dollar from here on out for a number of reasons and they should get yours too. I could see this place being a top 5 in the state, easily.

Wow, just wow. This place has it all. Some of the most knowledgeable and friendly staff. An unbelievable selection of flower and everything else. Definitely my new place!!

I like preserve a lot, the inside is beautiful, prices are good and the service is great. I have had problems ordering online however as the prices online don’t seem to match the prices in store.

Love the unique clean design of this place. The employees are all smiles and welcoming. Not the typical look of a dispensary and product display makes getting your medicine easy and fun. Loved the girly stuff! Will be back.

I purchased an ounce of Dread Bread at $150. This was the biggest waste of money. High is so-so, not much. By volume it was small and water weight is what makes that, don't want to pay for water. Dry buds please. Taste is funky. Won't buy again. Found an ounce of Ghost Train Haze for $60 at another place that has big buds, pleasant taste and smell, good volume almost fills the container. Don't think I will use this place again, feel like I was cheated.

This was my first time at this shop, and took advantage of a 4/20 deal when you ordered online, and did curbside pick up. Left with my order, and when I reviewed my order, it wasn't correct, and had to turn around back to the shop. They included some gummies, instead of 1g of concentrate that I ordered. Spent some time in the store while they figured out what happened, then started grab some flower to give me. I had to remind them again, that I ordered 1g of concentrate. I was trying to save some time by ordering online, and this trip took way longer than it needed to be.
