It is with a sense of remorse that I need to post this review. Let me start out by saying that i've been a loyal customer for about a year and have easily spent over $2,000 there. My visit last night, I bought a handful of items, unfortunately the budtender made a mistake, and sent me out with a different strain than I asked for (I even tipped the budtenders $5). Simple enough mistake. I called and left a voicemail, which, without surprise, was unreturned the following day (though it was obvious they knew I had called). So I returned to the shop, I politely explained myself that they had made a mistake and it would be appropriate for them to remedy it. They said, I could purchase the item I originally wanted for a 30% discount (so now you want me to spend money to replace the item I originally asked for?) The manager said the best they could do is give me a 10% off coupon (I already have several from spending several thousand dollars there). Apparently at this shop, mistakes made by employees get passed along to their best customers. I explained that unless something was done I would not be returning and they would lose on thousands of dollars in sales. The manager was more willing to lose me as a customer, than correct a $10 mistake they made, 100% She could have offered me a 30% off coupon, anything really, it was obvious that this shop has next to no loyalty to its customers and as such I have no problem taking my business elsewhere.

Nice place if you like to have someone show you meds, just to be told after waiting that sorry those ain't in the computer yet. we cant sell these, we can just show them to you for now.

I think it's a great place to find good deals on good bud. customer service is awesome as well they make sure you get what you're looking for

Only been there a couple times and the selection is decent, oil is over priced though, and it seems like they focus more on how their Budtenders look rather than how educated the are with marijuana, and don't get me started on how slow they are just to ring up something as simple as an eighth.

Tried to return cartridges that didn't fit on my VUBER battery that works for every cartridge I have ever purchased in this city. They wanted to sell me a battery that would fit rather than take back their cartridges. My thoight: If you're going to sell cartridges that take a non-standard battery, you need to inform the customer of that up front. i won't go back.
