This place has amazing 1st 2nd and 3rd time patient deals! I’m so happy they have a good rewards system unlike other dispensaries. I walked in to a beautifully decorated, open store where you can actually check out the items on display. Staff was super friendly and helpful as well. This is my new spot for sure
I absolutely adore Pondee even after that dog gone, R&R brothers doesn’t do the Bogo still I’ll still go there because you know the products are wonderful. The people are great and even without the Bogo the prices are competitive so there’s not really a real problem there I just like the bud tenders and, I like the one I had today Jay was really great very nice. Very funny. I liked him.
I used to go to Mint but about 6 months or so ago I discovered Ponderosa in Chandler. I've been buying there since. If you like good quality bud then this place is for you. Sonoran Roots is much better than the Mint brand at The Mint. Always available and great weekly specials on flower as well as other items. Tremendous, knowledgeable staff makes shopping ahead. Order online and by the time you get there your order is waiting. I love it. Give them a try!
1st and Last time I will ever come to this Horrible Dispensary. HOW do you mess up the 1st check in and a pre order that was placed hours prior the same day? Go ANYWHERE but here!
I’m happy to see this location opened in the valley, so I stopped in. I have visited this store up north before and am happy to see a lot of consistency. This is a true head shop, with better flowers than most. Ask for anything Sonoran roots and you won’t be disappointed.
My experience was quick and easy, it has only been my third experience with you guys but I did not receive everything I order and got charged for the missing item. I ordered two timeless carts on a deal and another deal that you guys are promoting is 4 for 50$ for the Wana edibles and the employee making my order only put 3 Wana edibles and i notcied when i got home after you guys closed for the day. I would like to be compensated.
Honestly my favorite dispensary. Friendly staff, great prices, speedy service. Hell, even their packaging is nice. Pretty much everything you’d want from a dispensary.
I came back today to try some new products and the guy that waited on me was so wonderful and already. I can’t remember his name but he’s adorable. He’s very sweet. He’s got a nice full beard and glasses and a really soft voice. I just love this guy he was so wonderful to me.
