As a patient of 3 years I have experienced everything from shady places, to overpriced, awful, meds. Or even worse; bad service and closed doors. I can’t tell you how good it feels to go to a place I know is 100% LEGAL. I suffer from anxiety and depression and being medicated is crucial to my survival. The quality and variety they offer here is like nothing I’ve experienced before. When I first signed up with them they gave me a free Living Extracts .5 Blue Dream, it blew my mind I’ve never had a shop give me free wax and a free FTP 1/8th. Come to find out it’s because of how much I spent, which is awesome! Not all shops have such good deals. I’ve gone to the walk in, and had multiple deliveries from them since that first time and every time it’s quality care with a smile! They have taught me how to medicate properly, and even taken an exchange cartridge that exploded on me. Other places laughed in my face. Thank you PLPCC!!!!!

I purchased a Vape for my pen last month that cost me $79.00 I just opened it two days ago and it is totally defective. They said that since its been purchased just over thirty days ago so they will not exchange or refund. I am stuck with a defective device that I purchased from them and their response to me was that I should contact the manufacturer. I am a patient, I don't have a lot of money and now I am out of money that I gave them for a product that is just not going to work. I am heartbroken, in pain and out of medicine. TO THE OWNER(s) of GOLDEN STATE GREENS I HOPE THE PROFIT YOU MADE ON A DEFECTIVE ITEM I PURCHASED FROM YOUR STORE WAS WORTH LOSING A PATIENT OVER AND YOUR REPUTATION. I certainly will be doing my part to spread the word on your FOR PROFIT OVER PATIENT SATISFACTION policies. I will never return to your collective, nor will several of my friends whom I have shared my experience with. ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL

This place was quick and professional! The Tokyo Og was the best Og ive ever tasted or had. The text blast specials they do are the best in town ive seen yet down south(being im from up North) I will Def... be returning!! Keep it Classy Point Loma PA

Seemed like a great place at first, Everyone was warm and welcoming especially since it was my first time at this place. During my selection of meds to get I asked my budtender if this 25% coupon was valid and she said yes, before that I even asked the lady at the front desk who was checking me in about it and she said yes you can get the 25% off on top of the free 8th or gram for your first time. Now here's where things get shift, as we moved over to the cashier to calculate the totals, They gave me a total that was completely off, I know this because as i picked and chose which items to get i was doing calculations in my head. After I asked her to clarify and double check, she found not only 1 discrepancy but a few more. After we had that squared away I asked if they put in the 25% discount because it was still off by my calculations, As soon as i said that the cashier rudely said that the coupon is actually 25$ off of 100$, and even if I was at 200 it would only be 25$ off. I then showed her the coupon and reiterated that it says 25% not dollars off. She said it doesnt matter and that I was only going to get 25$ off rather than what theyve advertise to get people to come to them. My thoughts about this dispensary has gone from "Great, I found my new go to store" to "I am never coming back to this place again nor would I recommend this place to anyone I know." . The complete switcheroo at the end and change of what theyve advertised was a big turn off for me. Most companies would get in trouble for Falsely advertising just to get people to come into their establishment. It's a really shady business practice and honestly, I've never been to a dispensary that doesnt honor what they put out on their marketing avenues. Buyer beware, Dont let the same thing happen to you. Find a different place, this place is not worth the trouble and shady business practices you will be exposed to once you walk through their doors. I have been to many shops all over CA. Upon moving to San Diego, I began trying out the delivery options. Every time I have placed an order, the staff on the phone has been extremely kind. They are honest and have good suggestions. The daily deals don't dissapoint and the quality of their flowers are great. The flower is priced appropriately and I have never been dissapointed with anything ordered here. They have a selection that rivals anywhere else and the cartridges, batteries & concentrates are solid. There are only a handful of other dispensaries I order from. I will be ordering from here much more in the future. The drivers are professional and very nice. They are also discreet which is an added bonus for obvious reasons. If there was a credit card option at this shop, I would probably only go here. Thank you!!

I came in here to buy a tincture they have listed. A 30ml bottle of Sunderstorm Harmony 1:1 that was listed at $50 on the website. After leaving with my stapled white bag and I get home I opened it to find they placed a 10ml bottle of Sunderstorm Harmony 1:1. I called the following day and spoke to Matt and was told I need to return and speak with the manager. I returned and spoke with the manager who refused to exchange the tincture for the correct one or comparable priced 1:1 CBD/THC tincture, saying it may have been opened. The problem is that you are not permitted to open your bag after purchase either at the location or at your car. These people are scumbags. And dishonest. Avoid this place

I came here and the lines were long. The staff were pushy. The bud is mediocre at best, but priced like it’s premium. I do not recommend this place. Their lines system is screwed. I was skipped twice when I was waiting.

I am really upset with the service I received at this location. I was denied service because my card "didn't look right," even though I've used it at many-- much nicer-- dispensaries before with no problems, and that my card IS legit and prescribed by a doctor. They denied me service and told me they didn't car if I used my card at "shady" locations I can't use at their "nice" establishment. So disrespectful. The body guard was really pushy with me, a very friendly, small 19 year old blonde girl, and wouldn't even call the 24-hour verification number I have on my card before he kicked me out.

I’ve been coming here for 2 years and the prices use to be comparable to other places but now some items are 50%-100% MORE for the same old items!! Talk about gouging at completely unreasonable levels. I use to do books for a few dispensaries and can personally attest there’s no expense increases that can justify these ridiculous high prices other than pure ugly greed. It’s so crowded now that I’d rather just call a delivery service and get better deals with no uncomfortable crammed atmosphere. They can do better and need to quit taking advantage of people. It’s outrageous

I love how knowledgeable and helpful the budtenders are. They actually know what they are talking about.
