As a patient of 3 years I have experienced everything from shady places, to overpriced, awful, meds. Or even worse; bad service and closed doors. I can’t tell you how good it feels to go to a place I know is 100% LEGAL. I suffer from anxiety and depression and being medicated is crucial to my survival. The quality and variety they offer here is like nothing I’ve experienced before. When I first signed up with them they gave me a free Living Extracts .5 Blue Dream, it blew my mind I’ve never had a shop give me free wax and a free FTP 1/8th. Come to find out it’s because of how much I spent, which is awesome! Not all shops have such good deals. I’ve gone to the walk in, and had multiple deliveries from them since that first time and every time it’s quality care with a smile! They have taught me how to medicate properly, and even taken an exchange cartridge that exploded on me. Other places laughed in my face. Thank you PLPCC!!!!!

I purchased a Vape for my pen last month that cost me $79.00 I just opened it two days ago and it is totally defective. They said that since its been purchased just over thirty days ago so they will not exchange or refund. I am stuck with a defective device that I purchased from them and their response to me was that I should contact the manufacturer. I am a patient, I don't have a lot of money and now I am out of money that I gave them for a product that is just not going to work. I am heartbroken, in pain and out of medicine. TO THE OWNER(s) of GOLDEN STATE GREENS I HOPE THE PROFIT YOU MADE ON A DEFECTIVE ITEM I PURCHASED FROM YOUR STORE WAS WORTH LOSING A PATIENT OVER AND YOUR REPUTATION. I certainly will be doing my part to spread the word on your FOR PROFIT OVER PATIENT SATISFACTION policies. I will never return to your collective, nor will several of my friends whom I have shared my experience with. ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL

Seemed like a great place at first, Everyone was warm and welcoming especially since it was my first time at this place. During my selection of meds to get I asked my budtender if this 25% coupon was valid and she said yes, before that I even asked the lady at the front desk who was checking me in about it and she said yes you can get the 25% off on top of the free 8th or gram for your first time. Now here's where things get shift, as we moved over to the cashier to calculate the totals, They gave me a total that was completely off, I know this because as i picked and chose which items to get i was doing calculations in my head. After I asked her to clarify and double check, she found not only 1 discrepancy but a few more. After we had that squared away I asked if they put in the 25% discount because it was still off by my calculations, As soon as i said that the cashier rudely said that the coupon is actually 25$ off of 100$, and even if I was at 200 it would only be 25$ off. I then showed her the coupon and reiterated that it says 25% not dollars off. She said it doesnt matter and that I was only going to get 25$ off rather than what theyve advertise to get people to come to them. My thoughts about this dispensary has gone from "Great, I found my new go to store" to "I am never coming back to this place again nor would I recommend this place to anyone I know." . The complete switcheroo at the end and change of what theyve advertised was a big turn off for me. Most companies would get in trouble for Falsely advertising just to get people to come into their establishment. It's a really shady business practice and honestly, I've never been to a dispensary that doesnt honor what they put out on their marketing avenues. Buyer beware, Dont let the same thing happen to you. Find a different place, this place is not worth the trouble and shady business practices you will be exposed to once you walk through their doors. I have been to many shops all over CA. Upon moving to San Diego, I began trying out the delivery options. Every time I have placed an order, the staff on the phone has been extremely kind. They are honest and have good suggestions. The daily deals don't dissapoint and the quality of their flowers are great. The flower is priced appropriately and I have never been dissapointed with anything ordered here. They have a selection that rivals anywhere else and the cartridges, batteries & concentrates are solid. There are only a handful of other dispensaries I order from. I will be ordering from here much more in the future. The drivers are professional and very nice. They are also discreet which is an added bonus for obvious reasons. If there was a credit card option at this shop, I would probably only go here. Thank you!!

I had been looking for a new dispensary for awhile since my regular one had up and closed out of nowhere. I came across this place and decided to walk in and give it a try, let just start by saying that this place is just soooo Damn Nice! Definitley not your typical Walk-In dispensary for sure in every BEST way possible!! (aka Not at all Sketchy...for you regular walk-in customers, you know what I mean) There is plenty of parking in the front and parking lot in the back of the building, a nice waiting room, very friendly, knowledgeable and patient staff. Everything in the store is so well organized, clean and the most up to date technology used to make your purchases. They also have a wide selection of edibles and other THC alternatives. All of their product is color coded to help you with quantity and pricing so that shopping in your budget is so much easier and they also have a customer loyalty punch card, a FTP deal and they offer to send you emails or text messages to your cell phone to let you know on the specials they are having when they have them :) I have recommended some of my friends to this place and they love it as much as I do! This place definitely has a regular customer in me for sure!!

I really love the vibe of this place. Small, beachy vibe. Everyone working here from the security, to the check in folks to the bud tenders are super chill. Not too long of a wait either (15 minutes).

I came here and the lines were long. The staff were pushy. The bud is mediocre at best, but priced like it’s premium. I do not recommend this place. Their lines system is screwed. I was skipped twice when I was waiting.

I had mine delivered, however when I called in trinity help me and she was so nice and helpful and apply the discount for me and then called me back to make sure that I understood that I got in an additional LOL and additional discount on another item so I really appreciated that she was great the greatest Rachel as for service and seems like a pretty cool place so far and I also like the punchcard idea that's a great idea it's good that you guys do that!
