Dear Planted Personnel, I had a great experience at Planted Provisioning off Main St in Whitmore! I was greeted and checked in by Dylan and my bud-tender Wes was very knowledgeable and helpful. Wes helped me find products that could address my sleep issues nad pain. The vibe in the store was chill and welcoming. I also wanted to note, the moss design in the was fun and uplifting. I will definitely visit again and again!

There was nothing I disliked about my experience at planted. Budtender was knowledgeable, lots of selection, staff was so nice! Place is very clean. So happy to have a dispensary closer to me!

I ordered an 8er and some gummies for delivery. delivery time was supposed to be between 3-4 and they show up at 6. i pay, tip the driver well and they leave before i realize they shorted me the 8er too. When i alert them they shorted me $50 worth of weed instead of trying to make it right they say they believe me but they are sure they put it in the bag. honestly disgusted with my experience

I've been here a few times, and have been really impressed all around. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I've had excellent experiences in-store, and with curb-side pickup. Lately, I've also seen that they offer delivery as well. Also an excellent experience. My driver, Lew, was quick, and super cool, as I've come to expect from these guys. I'll be back for sure. Repeatedly!

The service here is amazing. they are always on top of getting your order to you early. They were very kind the first time I went. I loved that they had first time order deals to make the experience even better.
