I ordered an 8er and some gummies for delivery. delivery time was supposed to be between 3-4 and they show up at 6. i pay, tip the driver well and they leave before i realize they shorted me the 8er too. When i alert them they shorted me $50 worth of weed instead of trying to make it right they say they believe me but they are sure they put it in the bag. honestly disgusted with my experience

Great edibles and wax at good price

Liars that will put words in your mouth and Continually call me yearly after telling them not to, i havent shopped here in 2 years due to bait and switch pricing bought a bag that was labeled 4g for 20 but ended up paying. 25 or 30 before tax told them about it and they wouldn't do anything after talking to the manager the day it happened and explaining it's not legal to do to that then when she called months later and I again explained what happened was told some prerolls were put on my account. About a week later I was on that side of town and called and was told there was nothing on my account. Now a few days ago they call again I called back and asked what the deal was and the kid on the phone was clueless and didn't even attempt to put the manager on, On top of that the prices were higher than other stores near by the prerolls I purchased before this price incident were nasty trim, infused pre rolls was trim and black wax, buds were always gross and burned black, bud tenders always tried to upsell you. Funny thing is I had a similar issue at dispo down the road and instead of offering me trim rolls that never got put on the account or some 10 or 15 percent off b.s. they gave me 2 free top shelf oz of my choice to rectify the problem Only thing I've had from planted that wasn't poor quality is the edibles they sell but even so dispo and quest have way better deals on the same edibles just on principal I won't spend money anywhere that will technically steal from a customer and do nothing about it when I had the receipt and product, all ive gotten from this store is poor quality, poor customer relations, and taken advantage of plus what weed store calls customers on a holiday weekend and bothers them with why haven't you came back here? That type of stuff makes me feel better about my decision of not shopping with planted they claim not to bait and switch but there's plenty of reviews from people having the same problem I did, run far from this place before they lie on you and make unsolicited calls to you and your family members also seems like the manager here has a serious attitude problem and are extremely unprofessional

If you haven't shopped at Planted Whitmore Lake yet, please visit them or schedule a delivery. I live between Lansing & Ann Arbor & with so many places to shop, I will always choose Planted first, hands down. Excellent team of employees. Lew delivered every online order I've placed. He's always friendly, courteous & on-schedule. I've also had excellent service at the store level from Michelle & Dylan, respectfully. Good people.

I Go to the flint store and I absolutely love it. There is such a wide variety. The quality is great. And there is excellent customer service. The employees are all so friendly and make me feel very welcomed. I would highly recommend to others.

Top quality, great selection and extremely reasonable pricing! I love the atmosphere of planted in Whitmore Lake! The staff is outstanding! I’ve been there a few times and have been helped by Lauren, Victoria and Kevin S so far. They were so knowledgeable, professional and super friendly! I had a thousand questions but each of them was patient and guided me. I felt very comfortable, learned a lot and feel that my purchases helped my quality of life! This shop is absolutely worth my drive. I’ll definitely be going back!

Was supposed to deliver between 7:30 and 8 and I didn’t hear from them until i called after 8. Was told it was coming and then I got an email that my order was cancelled. Had to call again to confirm. Just save yourself the time and order elsewhere.
