Planted Provisioning - Recreational

I ordered an 8er and some gummies for delivery. delivery time was supposed to be between 3-4 and they show up at 6. i pay, tip the driver well and they leave before i realize they shorted me the 8er too. When i alert them they shorted me $50 worth of weed instead of trying to make it right they say they believe me but they are sure they put it in the bag. honestly disgusted with my experience

I live between Lansing & Ann Arbor & with so many places to shop, I will always choose Planted first, hands down. Excellent team of employees. Lew delivered every online order I've placed. He's always friendly, courteous & on-schedule. I've also had excellent service at the store level from Michelle & Dylan, respectfully. Good people.

Liars that will put words in your mouth and Continually call me yearly after telling them not to, i havent shopped here in 2 years due to bait and switch pricing bought a bag that was labeled 4g for 20 but ended up paying. 25 or 30 before tax told them about it and they wouldn't do anything after talking to the manager the day it happened and explaining it's not legal to do to that then when she called months later and I again explained what happened was told some prerolls were put on my account. About a week later I was on that side of town and called and was told there was nothing on my account. Now a few days ago they call again I called back and asked what the deal was and the kid on the phone was clueless and didn't even attempt to put the manager on, On top of that the prices were higher than other stores near by the prerolls I purchased before this price incident were nasty trim, infused pre rolls was trim and black wax, buds were always gross and burned black, bud tenders always tried to upsell you. Funny thing is I had a similar issue at dispo down the road and instead of offering me trim rolls that never got put on the account or some 10 or 15 percent off b.s. they gave me 2 free top shelf oz of my choice to rectify the problem Only thing I've had from planted that wasn't poor quality is the edibles they sell but even so dispo and quest have way better deals on the same edibles just on principal I won't spend money anywhere that will technically steal from a customer and do nothing about it when I had the receipt and product, all ive gotten from this store is poor quality, poor customer relations, and taken advantage of plus what weed store calls customers on a holiday weekend and bothers them with why haven't you came back here? That type of stuff makes me feel better about my decision of not shopping with planted they claim not to bait and switch but there's plenty of reviews from people having the same problem I did, run far from this place before they lie on you and make unsolicited calls to you and your family members also seems like the manager here has a serious attitude problem and are extremely unprofessional

I saw online what I thought was suppose to be some kind of sale or special deal. I didn't see any mention of the stuff would be SHAKE! Getting SHAKE without any knowledge of that was a surprise, And a unpleasant surprise, Plus I had another unpleasant surprise when I looked at it when I got home and it is SHAKE and it looked like a quarter, Not a half, which is what I was suppose to get. I don't think I will be coming back. I drove a good distance in a snow storm to come get it and when I got home and looked at the smoke, I was very disappointed. Bum deal.

I have used leafy twice now, using planted provisioning recreational dispo both times and it’s been such a simple and quick experience. My delivery driver was very friendly and patient! 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be using again!
