Great location. Friendly staff. Staff seemed confused, and slow today. Guy behind me left after being checked in when we both noticed another person being checked in, instead of calling another customer back. His words were " F@#k this place." I almost left too. They stopped the punch card. Which got me in more frequently before. I feel betrayed. I will not be back.

This is now my go to local dispensary. I am able to get the medical edibles regularly. The staff has made some changes, but the service, no matter my mood is always good. They offer a 15% Veteran discount and even printed me off OMMP applications for my medical card renewal since I didn't have access to a printer.

Friendly, knowledgeable, professional staff. The atmosphere is that of any other retail store; thankfully not too much chemistry or Tommy Chong. I've never been disappointed in product, and it's reasonably priced!

Plantae Health in Madras, OR is a dispensary that has been in business for over a year now in the community and has shown time and again that they're professional in following the rules and ethics that come with operating a recreational/medical dispensary (they lean more recreational just fyi). Their selection is good, it's not like some dispenseries where the walls are just filled with every kind of bud strain out there, rather they stock about 10-20 strains from local farmers and other Oregon distributors which I feel is a much better strategy and is less overwhelming for the average cannabis consumer. The staff are always friendly and fast in handling customers and having gone there since they've opened business, I've gotten to know several people who work there pretty well and they're professional, polite and hard working. I have been to dispensaries all along the west coast, in California, Washington, the coast here in Oregon, and even in Nevada. Compared to other dispensaries I go to, Plantae Health is the most friendly and hence the reason I go exclusively there for my cannabis needs. Make sure to ask about the deals and keep in mind that they have many deals and savings that you can take advantage of and this helps me a lot in saving a few bucks here and there. I recommend this dispensary to anyone in the area, as you will most likely find the product of your desire there, be it flower/bud, extract, hash, shatter, cartridges, oil, or otherwise. For this I give it a 5/5 and will continue going to Plantae Health.
