Absolutely amazing! Great atmosphere and really great prices :)

Really enjoyed the new location and friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Service was fast, I barely spent any time in the waiting room. The store looks great, they have a lot of strains to choose from and cool specials. $5 pre-rolls on Friday, super legit.

Awesome dispensary! Huge selection of high-quality everything - flowers, oils, eddies, etc. Really though...they have good stuff The store itself is really large and clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Slim chance you'll have to wait long and fat chance you will receive good service and good herb!

Way too expensive for greenhouse grown herb! Not to mention, very few strains smelled the way they should have-- all of it smelled like feces from spidermites, predator mites, and ladybugs (i used to own reptiles and i remember the smell of cricket feces-- which is what im comparing it too...bug feces mixed with something herbal...thats how id describe it). Moreover, the herb is stored in plastic jugs (why?) and appears roughly handled during trim-- i looked through the mag glass and tried to find resin heads that hadn't been ruptured it was almost impossible. Im not sure if its the roughly handled trimwork or the plastic jugs they store their herb in, but something is seriously messing up the terpene profiles from strains i am very familiar with...i cant think of a reason to come back...this is sad because they have great genetics and nice employees....price is way too high for greenhouse compared to indoor because most indoor does not have such issues and you get way more growing greenhouse vs indoor and plantae is farm to table-- so is it ignorance and arrogance or just plain greed that you ask so much for your fecal matter laced weed?

I'm so thankful that Plantae Health opened in Bend! The shop is beautiful and the helpful staff are both knowledgeable and friendly! This will definitely be my regular shop. Hooray!

I like to shop around the pot shops to get a feel for what each has to offer. I didn't hear about plantae until recently but I have been thoroughly satisfied with the services and products. They keep prices consistent and fair which is a rarity in the business. Also they have an excellent and friendly staff who are happy to help with all my weed needs. The atmosphere is casual and informal without sacrificing professionalism. Affordable concentrate prices are the icing on the cake of this kickass business. I will be returning to this shop on a regular basis. Keep up the good work plantae!

Yesterday evening I visited Plantae based on excellent reviews. The atmosphere was clean and modern, however, I was a little disappointed that they have a waiting room. The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful as I signed up for a loyalty card. Unfortunately, the budtender who assisted me was not the least bit friendly. She never made eye contact with me and had a very disinterested and annoyed demeanor the entire time. It was also the first time I felt hurried by a budtender and I've been to quite a few dispensaries. I asked her the difference between two strains and she just shrugged her shoulders and said "they're both indicas". Not very helpful indeed. At the end, she handed me the Oregon pregnancy/kids warning card, but said to throw it in the waste basket on the way out. It seemed odd to say that considering it may violate the whole purpose of issuing it in the first place. Anyways, the other budtender helping another customer seemed much more friendly and helpful, so I believe my experience may not be typical considering the high reviews. Their products were high quality and I enjoyed the bud and edibles. I will try coming back another time and hope for a better experience.

Made the mistake of going to the first dispensary coming into town. Only one person on staff. Helped me get an eighth. Paid and left. Halfway to sunriver realized he never put the weed in the jar. Called and said they would hold it for me and hook it up when I came back. Went back the next day and not one employee apologized or ‘hooked it up’ as they mentioned. Told them to keep the weed. Got my money back. Only reason I’m writing this review is because of how much the staff seemed to not care that they inconvenienced me and no apology was given. Will never go back.

This place is really nice! The people are great and helpful. Great deals and great In house products. It's safe to say I found my new spot.

the inside of the store is very nice you can tell its new, the workers are friendly and they get you to the back alot faster than other dispensary's, and the products they have all seem to be high quality and $5 out the door for a gram joint on fridays is probably the best deal iv'e seen in town so far.

when I first realized there was going to be a new dispensary on the east side I was happy. Its a very nice shop. They also have a great selection. I got home with my purchase and noticed that my receipt had a 10% tax, being a medical card holder I found that to be a bit odd and hopefully it is a computer glitch.
