I came in looking for a specific oil catridge and they were out. Angela got on Leafly and found what I was looking for. Now that is excellent customer service!

I went for the first time because it was so close to the airport and open late. I got there about 5 minutes before closing, and the budtender seemed almost excited to help me out instead of places who get impatient close to closing. They treated me great at a first timer, had awesome flower, and actually appreciated my business. Visit next time you're coming back from a flight or at IKEA!!!

My first time at a dispensary in Oregon, and it was a great one! Great prices--better than any others I looked up, great specials, and was entered into a daily drawing too! Staff knew their stuff in and out, and were very friendly. Had a great experience all around! I'll be back soon!!!

Prices on concentrates was a bit spendy, but had some high levels. Had a 14% Cbd strain available, which was amazing. The service was my only real complaint. It took 15 minutes for two people to get checked out, and then it was a huge challenge to pay. You can only pay in increments of 5, so they round up. But they also charge 2.00 for cards. When it was my turn I paid, got double charged for the card fee, and had to get more cash back. But the guy working the register was having a huge issue with giving me my money back, and I had to wait 5 minutes for him to remember to give me my cash back. The receptionist was nice, and laminated my OMMP card, which was awesome of her, though it would have been nice for her to ask first. I doubt I'll be coming back, since it is so far out, but for a location that has a lot of shopper benefits, I wish I had more of an incentive to return.

This is my 2nd time visiting this location. Today they had a sale, to my surprise, so made the deal even better. Love the loyalty program. Both times I've had different employees wait on me, they have all been friendly and knowledgable. Easy location to visit, plenty of parking.

I absolutely love this joint! I've been here twice, and last night I was the second time. I was accidentally overcharged for the amount of flower I purchased and realized it after I had already left. I went back right away and explained the situation to the owner, Patricia, who has such a wonderful energy. She went above and beyond to correct the situation and completely went above my expectation. Plane Jane's is certainly my favorite shop around, and they've made a loyal customer out of me. I cannot recommend this place enough! Very reasonable prices, a modest yet awesome selection of products, and a wonderful staff that makes the environment feel so comfortable. High-ly recommended!!!

I think I'm in love!💘 This little gem stole my ❤, and I do believe it shall now be my new go-to spot. =) The atmosphere is awesome, especially the garden outside. These ladies are very friendly and knowledgeable, and my budtender, a very polite, pretty, good energy-having gal with glasses (should've asked her name for this review), gave me an amazing deal. Their happy-hour is impressive, as is their selection; some of my absolute favorite strains. Gorgeous flower with outstanding terpenes. Floral picks like Lavender and Violet Delight! Mmm my faves. Oh, and I'm a veteran, which offers a 15% discount! Simply incredible. Can't wait to return! =)

Everybody I've encountered here is very friendly and helpful. You've got plenty of opportunity to view, smell, and inspect the product. The place is clean, well lit, and has a very friendly vibe. It isn't very big - but it doesn't need to be. Plane Janes is a good shop, and one you should NOT shy away from despite what I'm going to say. The lessened stars come from two things over the course of a few visits. - Their outdoor grown flower is good for it's price, but ultimately doesn't seem worth it when compared to the Indoor product for a few dollars more. - This was the first time in quite a long time that I've found seeds in anything I've purchased from a store. Don't be scared away - come give it a shot - just remember to pay attention and ask about what you are getting.

The amazing array of baked goods will blow your mind! Cake pops, banana bread, rice crispy treats. Too much to mention. Very cozy and homey; cute old house feels like an old fashioned sweets shop. Great selection of flowers too.

I was personally very impressed with this dispensary. they have very good strains with incredible prices. I don't remember her name but the girl who helped me was extremely nice and knowledgeable.

I've been in twice, and had a great experience both times. I really appreciate that they take time to let me smell all the bud - they have some of the best smelling bud in Portland. They're co2 oil selection is deep, and they're offered a free battery with my purchase. This place is on my short list of the best dispensaries.

I'd have never known about this place if I hadn't gone to the Hemp comvention last month. We were given an invitation to visit that we just had to avail ourselves of. Glad we did! Very nice selection, lowest prices I have seen around town to date, and easier to find than I expected. Nice secluded neighborhood, plenty of easy parking. Friendly knowledgeable staff too! Anytime I am in the area I will stop in just to see if anything new is in. Just can't say enough about the great service we received as first timers too..... Go, its worth the time it takes to get there......
