Don't even let the comment above sway you! PHE is great, and very comforting environment with a well educated staff. They have a great selection (Golden leaf, Lunchbox Alchemy, MAD pharma, Headline alternatives and more). All of their meds are priced at very reasonable prices and they are always going some kind of sale/promotion. The tenders at PHE are kind, they honor their patients! They ask questions about your pain or condition help put you in the direction of the right medicine. If your wanting a back ally experience where you just walk in and out this is not the place for you. PHE is warm and caring like any place you get your meds should be.

The owner tries to involve himself with your own personal life. Asking questions that are in no shape or form to be asked from a costumer. Tries to make you feel guilty. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I will never go back.

This is the best place to go for Medical or Rec. Great selection of flower and always a awesome special going on!! The owners are amazing, very friendly and knowledgable about their products and always recommend the perfect product for your needs. Love this place and highly recommend it!

I absolutely love this little shop. They were very helpful and educational. They also have gift certificates. They have a waiting lounge that is absolutely gorgeous. I wish I had more time when I was there so I could've looked around. I also received a candy cane. I will be making this my main dispensery. ♡♡♡

Not the best dispensary in town but they were ok. I've noticed 1 thing about these clubs in salem. Every dispensary is gonna be different and some owners are really on top of there game and some are not but hey not everyone's perfect .

I like the people

I am a recreational client. I cannot emphasize how much I like coming in here. If you look closely, you'll see purses, headbands, handmade items by local artisans (check out the tiny succulent gardens!!), a cute dog and an ATM machine. I never have to wait more than 10 minutes. The location is small so only 1 or 2 customers are able to go back at a time. I see this as a bonus. The owners are extremely friendly and you will get personal attention. The quality is great, there is VERY clear signage in the lobby that shows what is available for recreational users. Watch for the specials because they are often the bomb! Prices are very reasonable and you couldn't ask for more as far as atmosphere.

This place is ridiculous my bud tender forgot to enter my medical card and asked for the manager then said I forgot to enter his medical card is there any thing I can do she flat out said there is nothing I can do I will never be back there again
