In response to the below review: I signed up as a med patient the day it was legalized in MD, and have been going primarily to Pharmakent since. I’ve been to numerous dispensaries in the US, and this is one of the best. They do NOT ever mention whether or not you’re a med patient, and they only call you by first name. My name is super unique and I couldn’t care less how many strangers know I’m legally buying bud... it’s not a HIIPA breach lol, doctor’s offices do the same. As for queue (as rec), it’s very simple if you pay attention. You can order online, and they’ll text you when it’s ready, then you won’t wait long at all. You can join the online waitlist before going in, then you will be called in before walk-ins, obviously. If you just show up, as is the case with any restaurant, you have your name put on a list and have to wait your turn. As a medical user, however, you can show up and obviously you get in faster than rec. I say obviously, because we pay extra for essentially JUST THAT, plus a higher allowance, but that’s already tough to reach unless you’re (illegally) reselling. The longest I’ve waited while it was super busy was 15-20 minutes. Doctors’ waiting rooms take longer!
Anyways, EVERY staff member I’ve come across has been above-and-beyond friendly and knowledgeable. They talk about Terpenes, will give you recommendations based on whatever you tell them, and they NEVER rush you.
This place is great, from quality, to staff, to pricing. Just put your joint down and read the damn info they plaster all over the website before going in!
I've been a patient at PharmKent for 2 years. The people and the atmosphere are amazing. Very knowledgeable. The quality is always top shelf. I feel they make sure not to pass along swag. Prices are great and really amazing if you shop the daily deals. Thanks PharmKent
If give 5 starts across, but I do have a few issues.
Bad stuff first...
1. Delivery service (need one)
2. Cannot order online unless it's during business hours, cannot place order for next day..
3. Selection= Airopro and Evermore cartridges always seem out of stock. Even when in stock, it's limited selection.
4. On-line hard to navigate, stock not in correct categories, pictures not available. Missing alot of info for the products.
Ok the good stuff.... The people at the facility are top notch. Service from them has always been friendly, informational, and always helpful and my 3 quality star rating should have no reflection upon them.
I am a founder of PharmKent & I love the place! :) There is now & always has had great groups of young knowledgable peeps, I just love them all! I moved to NE a year ago, but when I'm in Elkton my Jeep just turns into the lot, lol! Keep up the great work!
