this was my first visit to a dispensary and I was highly impressed with the building, selection and staff. the staff was extremely helpful to a new user and made me feel welcome. I plan on returned when I need more.
I wrote a review on the 11th saying I did the curbside pickup and only received 1 of the 2 products I ordered. Well, I went back today asking if I could get that missing 1 product at the 11th of the month discounted rate and they were more than happy to take care of me. Great staff, great looking improvements on the inside, great product. Thank you to the Lowell staff!

That I can't tell if the vape is good and not leaked all over it's the 4th one I bought that has leaked and I sent a reply and did not receive a answer back please tell me what are we supposed to due if the vape has leaked?????
I love this dispensary! .. Honestly, it's the only one I've been to, so I can't compare them to anyone else. However, the place is run very professionally. The staff is always wicked knowledgeable, kind, courteous, nonjudgmental and helpful. Highly recommended!! 💜💚💜
Very efficient , they notify me when they were filling and again when I could pick it up. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Order on line and pickup when it’s ready. Sweeeeeeet.
