Cannabist - Lowell (Medical)

This store is usually very good. But now that they are allowing adult use curb side pickup, there was a stream of medical patients standing in the sun for over 30 minutes while a steady stream of adult use clients came and went. I felt especially bad for a visibly ill man who could barely stand up, waiting as the line went beside a tent that was erected for adult use clients . Didn’t make sense. Otherwise a great experience.

Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain things and were very kind. Going back again definitely!

Good selection and great personnel.

Very efficient , they notify me when they were filling and again when I could pick it up. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Order on line and pickup when it’s ready. Sweeeeeeet.

They've come a long way since they first opened. The only thing I'd change is that they don't consistently have vape carts. Other than that, quality is great and service has always been pleasant.

Great place, nice people and quality products. The glass and accessory selection is awesome and the prices are really good. Pre order your shatter/ dab cartridges on Leafly as they tend to sell out quickly. Would highly recommend stopping by.

The staff has always been upbeat and helpful, but they aren't very talkative or personable, other than that, great experience

First time patient here, staff was great, friendly. My only suggestion, having the plexiglass up due to COVID, bring the music down just a hair, difficult to hear the staff.

This place is great. The thc percentages are high and great quality. Most of the worker her are great. I visit often because of great products. The spin the wheel is so cool. They just need to update it like once a month.

Wish medical had same flower available as recreational

Why are their medical prices higher than rec dispensary prices around the area? For same brand, less THC, like how can they possibly still be in a business? Drive into Boston - it’s wayyyyyyy more worth it

Friendly environment, great service, quality

Overall, it is a pretty great place. I like the service, as everyone is kind and knows what they're talking about. My only is that the starting prices are a bit high. Usually $25 for a 1/16 (1.75 g). They do also do week flash sales on products.
