Still liked it better when it was just medical

This is literally the worst cannabis establishment in the area. I highly recommend not purchasing from patriot care. I spoke previously with a former customer, who bought two empty pre-roll containers, thinking they were containing full gram joints. They not only denied her claim, but also wouldn't refund or give the customer the product she paid for!!!! Not only this they constantly run out of product for rec use, or simply have bad product. The 50mg edible I ate literally had no effect other than a stomach ache.

People there are great. The lady that checks u in is very nice. She need a raise!

The flower is A+ at all locations. Especially this one.

The staff is awesome! The flower is C grade and always too moist to work well in my volcano. They are painfully slow and pre ordering makes it no faster even when you’re the only customer. The prices are enough to make you go to Maine and still come back ahead even when including gas. Can’t wait until they come down to earth with their pricing.

Great place with great meds. Love the cartridges! So much tastier & easier on the throat than rempen that uses bho. Can't wait to try more products.😁

Amazing selection of flower, the buds were huge, lots of trichromes, all the strains were not dry, had lots of red hairs on the chocolope strain, staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the dispensary was very clean and comfortable. Not a long wait, there was plenty of staff on hand. Big off street parking lot. One of the best places in Western Massachusetts. Will be back again

Hands down the best dispensary in Western MA. They have the best buds. Makes you wonder what the hell all the other dispensaries are doing wrong!

This was my first time at this location, but I've been to the one in Lowell a few times before. I stopped going to that location after three consecutive bad experiences, but I was in Greenfield and figured I shouldn't judge this location based on my experience in Lowell. I was wrong. Both places have very friendly people at the door/check-in, followed by the least friendly cashiers I've ever encountered in any retail transaction. Almost impressively, this cashier managed to simultaneously be rude to me while loudly joking with his coworkers behind me. As a new medical patient, I was given a generous discount and the items I wanted were also on a "flash sale", but I still left flat out angry that I'd given them my money.

I use to come here all the time, since rec opened medical patients are usually stuck waiting in line because all the workers are on the rec side. The choices have went way down. There always use to be strains that were on sale and since rec came along they don't even do that anymore. The pre rolls don't even weigh .5 or a gram with even the paper on it. It should weigh over with the paper around it. The papers will be twisted at the top, they don't properly get filled. We're spending alot of money on this product, we want to make sure it's actually what we are ordering.

Great first time experience!!! Just wish the bud tender was a little more knowledgeable on the products. Every question I asked was the same answer. All he could tell me was if he used the product or not.

The best flower in the state not even a competition right now. Staff is happy and project it. Been to them all in MA, this is the highest quality flower and cleanest medicine.

BRANDYWINE is here !! I live in North Hampton mass, where the clinic NETA is..but it's easy to skip them for me Alice and go I have a connoisseurs taste. Needless to say, are used to drive to Lowell ma to partake in patriot care . But now I'm lucky enough to only have to drive to Greenfield Ma. I was impressed w/the Brandywine strain(among most others),but greenfield hadnt had this particular favorite since they came to g'field.Im so happy now.God blwss Massachusetts !🙏

I suffer from chronic pain & got sick of opiods. I have been using a combo of CBD & THC for pain control & it has been more effective than ANY if the pain killers I was on. The staff are friendly & super helpful. They are knowledgeable and always steer me in the right direction. They also have one of the best selections of edibles that I've seen. Definitely a favorite place for me to get what I need.

this just might be my favorite dispensary in the state. patriot in general is THE best and thos location ALWAYS has the strains i need. even tho its a bit further than where id like to go for meds its worth the occasional trip....and my puppy is always allowed in which is even better.
