Parlour Cannabis Shoppe

First time here and will be returning due to quality of flower and customer service offered. Prices are on the high side, but you get what you pay for. They aren't through the roof like the fucks at Oregon's Finest. I like that the menu includes the prices with tax. Staff was friendly as well. Its also nice to see them offering some solid growers other shops don't carry. My two issues are: 1) post your specials online, you had specials on your paper menu but why not entice people to come in who are using leafly? Also, since its cash only its nice to know how much money to come with; and 2) please list the full strain information on your leafly page, its great that you have the growers, but some of us like to know what a nonsensical strain is comprised of before coming in (ie Stinky Pete, Diamond Dallas Diesel). I have no idea what the fuck those strains are unless I do bunch of Googling. Other than that, great spot!

Honestly, one of the nicest dispensaries I've been to in Portland. The budtenders are really amazing and kind. They know what they're talking about. The atmosphere is really unique and looks amazing. I also love that it's the first dispensary I've been to that offers holiday gift sets for sale. Really innovative idea! Love this place but do agree it is a bit pricey compared to other dispensaries in the area. Regardless, this is my regular spot as a lot of the other local dispensaries can't compare in what's offered, plus I get rent is expensive everywhere. Still, it would be cool if they offered more discount days or some sort of loyalty program for regulars...just sayin'...;)

The quality of the concentrates are very good. And the staff are also friendly.

Most definitely one of the best shops on the west side. The budtenders are extremely helpful and not pretentious. Never had anything but a positive experience. Location is very convenient but also set back and discreet...if you care. The prices are very good, and the variety is consistently solid -- lots of choices at every price point. Very comfortable in every way, no need to shop anywhere else!

I love going to this dispensary. I always find what I need (I'm a medical patient) and the folks there are friendly and informative.

Usually love this place but tonight I learned that you should not show up an hour before close. This is for management- the woman working the night shift 12/16/2021 with pink hair made me feel like the biggest jerk, the second I walked in the door, for nothing other than walking in late. I was trying to be quick and polite but she made me feel extremely uncomfortable and I’m guessing it’s because I made her put away her phone, and work through her entire shift. I’ll be avoiding this place for awhile but I do think you’ve done a really good job with the store overall!! Sorry for the bad review and I don’t usually do this, but I’ve also never felt that awkward giving someone else my money

Great location, easy access in & out. The staff are super friendly and always smiling. The atmosphere is clean feeling! I'm digging the variety of weeds and especially Betty white!

very nice atmosphere and friendly staff! Flower quality was substandard and had the infamous hay smell most inexperienced growers get when not knowing how to dry and cure properly. Also scale weight was off by 0.3mg(weighed twice on 3 diffrent scales). Over all I would say this dispensary has great potential after some education, experiance, and quality control.

With lots of fierce competetion out there as far as cannabis stores go, one of the few ways stores can really set themselves apart from each other is good customer service. My girlfriend and I have been to Parlour several times now and haven't encountered any major issues until today, but when I went inside to inquire about one of their tinctures tasting and feeling off (not the first time we bought that particular tincture there), all I got was a pretty rude, abrasive and overall unhelpful response from a female staff member. If you pay $60 for a tincture you want to make sure it meets your expectations and that the store selling it to you stands behind their products. However, what I experienced today was just plain awful and we will not be shopping at Parlour again.

I am enjoying this place a lot. I find they continually have a good selection, and every one of the staff is unpretentiously helpful and knowledgeable.

Great products. Exceeded others in customer service, they were very friendly and helpful. Great variety in pre-rolled including 1/2 gram options.

Awesome selection and staff!

This is my 1st shop review so here goes... I really like Parlour. I'm very new to the cannabis world & am a medical vs. recreational user. In exploring various shops in SW Portland and beyond I've found Parlour (been here twice now) to be the most comfortable place to visit. For newbies like me some places have been...well...janky. Other places seem to be full of kids who know very little about the medicinal side of things but this place has some staff who are patients themselves and can give great feedback. They don't give advice but share what others have tried & they do it in a non-hustling sort of way. I very much like that they wear aprons as this gives the place an overall professional atmosphere without being snooty. They also make effort to get products of higher quality like Mindful Organics. If you're new or renewing your cannabis experience I highly recommend this place. Staff are courteous & I think medical & recreational customers would enjoy coming here.

Love this place just really really wish they had deals to stay competitive with all the other places. I always see deals at other places and am tempted to go elsewhere just because of that. This is my go to shop, just wish there was some kinda loyalty/deal program

This is my new favorite dispensary. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, good variety of products and quality goods. Very professional.

I'm OMMP and have shopped here twice. I quality, price and service was great. I really like the Lemon Thai Honey Banana even though it makes me cough ;-). It's very potent. The Hydrus Farms strains were also great. I tried 6 or 8 strains so far and they were all nice and fresh. The staff is very knowledgeable about strains and CBD components. They also have a nice facility with lots of cool rocks and mineral samples to check out. I'm gonna start bringing rocks to them :-). I hope they are able to get more stock in concentrates soon.

Went in and picked up some Super Snow Dog by Brave Heart, some quality fire. Possible new favorite Sativa. Also picked up some Purple Hindu Kush. Not quite as good as the snow dog, but it's good enough. Would recommend to friends and will be coming back if they have some more bud I want.

Very poor quality and customer service. I won’t be returning or recommending this shop.
