This is my first time here in a couple of years. The young lady who greeted me at the door and signed me in was pleasant and was very polite and helpful. She took the time to explain your menus which was quite helpful. The prices of flower were quite competitive. HOWEVER, when I asked about bubble hash, a young man was helping me. I know he thought he was being helpful, but he was what I can only call condescending towards me. I can only attribute this to his perception of my age. I understand that there are people in their 50's and 60's who are new to recreational or medical cannabis, but to assume that I dont know whats going on because of my age is infuriating. Ive been using, growing cannabis for over fifty years. Ive made bubble hash many times, and even tried my hand at making making some shatter a time or two. I am well versed in what shatter is, or diamonds, or terps or what have you. This young man tried to tell me that the words hash/bubble hash are no longer used in the cannabis market. Hey jerkoff, maybe in your store they dont use those terms, but in at least four stores Ive been to in the last month knew EXACTLY what I was talking about when I asked about bubble hash. You showed me a jar with what looked like some melted shatter and then talked to me like I was an idiot and tried to tell me that hash is no longer a thing. I understand that lots of dispensaries are calling any concentrate hash these days, but please dont try and tell me that what I know is a thing is no longer a thing. You said you were only trying to communicate to me, and I get that, but when you talk to a grown ass adult like they are a child, then you are in the wrong. I didnt make an issue at the store because I saw the refuse the right to serve anyone signs and I didnt want to get kicked out or make a scene. But because this young man treated me poorly and then acted like I did something wrong, you can rest assured that I wont be back. I had the same thing happen when the first dispensary opened in this location, new owners, new name, same poor treatment. Definitely wouldnt recommend this place to any of my friends because I dont want them to be treated poorly because of their age too.

The first time I stopped in I bought some white tahoe cookies. It was fire. The budtenders (2 females) were helpful and nice. They were knowledgeable and one of them even set me up for a future purchase. I went back in a week later and had the exact opposite of a good visit..and I left empty handed. the budtender on duty had no idea what he was talking about.. just tried to push lame, low grade bud specials on me. He seemed unwilling to sell me what I asked for. Awkward experience.. wont deal with him again.

I've said something several times to the employees and there's been nothing done about it but the accessible door button on the outside of the building hardly ever works unless you press it in really hard which a lot of disabled people including myself don't have the strength for and when rolling through the doors there's not enough room for chairs to get through and the doors routinely slam shut on my body and my wheelchair when trying to move through them. Please get it fixed and when a disabled person informs your able bodied employees that something isn't actually ADA accessible please also tell them that it's not their place to tell disabled people what's actually accessible.

Just stopped here after coming down to visit family and I feel pretty ripped off. I splurged a little and got a full gram cartridge. I was recommended a more expensive cartridge than what I planned to spend and what happens? Glass breaks in 2 different spots and the juice drains out through the mouth piece, leaving me out $40 and with no pot the next day. Hopefully your experience is better! Oh and the cartridges are Ionic White, I specifically bought the pineapple kind.

Came in for Black Friday and had the same experience as Peggylynn65, obviously one of the gals I shared awkward glances with during the scene. It was incredibly unprofessional whether the young man was on or off the clock, Taylor was his name I believe. He was insulting a fellow employee for some reason and then made threats as he exited. This shop has great products; however, that can never be acceptable in any place of business. Particularly one that has customers right there.

Finally got my bf to go to your shop....that was horrible. Hes never coming back now. I'll probably still come in-idk. He said the chick helping him was great! But however it was rang up was gonna cost him $75more. Both were the same price both 1/2oz and other lady who came to help said-thats just the way its in our system. He said then put 'that one' back and ill just tale this one....We cant sell you either of those. Really!? The cool chick gave a deal on some pre weighed bud (its premature, don't think she knew) appreciate the gesture.

First dispo I went to on my trip back to the PNW after moving away and was super disappointed. Some of the flower just looked old and not good and was overpriced for the quality.

This is definitely one of the shops I would recommend to anyone, Shout out to Wyatt you have definitely made this place a memorable one. Thank you all for your service WGL.

This company and specificly this location is by far the best in Portland, if not Oregon as a whole. They have a beautiful shop, easy to navigate lay-out between product lines, and incredible prices and deals. I used to work down the street and stopped in often. I had not been here in about three years and the budtender remembered me just off id and asked how I had been doing. I had a mask on and was shocked at that level of retention when seeing thousands of people a week. Great guy and it shows he would be at a great location. I did a leafly pre-order for some cartridges and could not have been happier with the entire experience. The staff are top-notch and the best in Portland. If you are looking for a place that has the best products at incredible prices... You found it. It's f'n Paradise !

I love coming to this shop. The people are nice, the store is lit well. The only thing, I'm now upset with is the rave/tech music. Now when I'm in the store I get bad headaches, and feel uncomfortable. I now rush out the store as fast as possible when that headache music is on.

This shop was a pleasant surprise. I live in battleground wa and just happened to be in the area. The awesome attitudes my wife and I received from the employees especially from Casey today was enough for us to want to keep coming back in the future to say the least.
