Incompetent budtenders. I asked for information on an item, and the budtender couldn't even locate it on the menu, with a condescending attitude to go along with the experience. Avoid.

The budtender I spoke to was unable to locate an item on the menu even though it was very obviously there. Also, the condescending attitude of the staff needs improvement. Avoid.

Selection is the only thing this place has going for it. The prices are exorbitant, much higher than every single other dispensary in the surrounding area. They don't honor their own prices, and won't honor their own discounts on certain items. They screwed up my pre-discussed and pre-determined order, but they won't accept returns or give refunds. I drove 35 minutes this only to be overcharged, when the manager even left a note two days prior. When I noticed looking at the receipt, I called to have it corrected which they refused to do and then informed me they won't take it back either. I'm out $56.50 now because of it. Prior experiences weren't great, but visited only for variety and this was the WORST experience!!!!!!!!!!!!

First their system was down wouldn’t take a card so had to pay to take money out of their atm. Both prerolls I bought of lambs bread would not hit or smoke. Reached out with no response. Do not recommend unless you want to throw money away

Well, after leaving a mostly positive review, I had a poor customer service experience recently. The Natures Heritage flower is still awesome, but if you preorder online, you are not guaranteed to get the batch you ordered. Sometimes a batch might be 25% online, but when you get there to pick it up, it's a lower percentage from a different batch. I would be ok with this if they tell you when you go to pick up your order, that it's a different batch, do you still want it? But no, they just put what they want in the bag, staple it up and off you go. When I asked the "budtender" on my last visit to confirm it was the batch I ordered, I was met with attitude. She said there's no guarantee you'll get the batch you ordered. So be aware, you will get the strain you ordered, but it may be from a different batch. Nothing stops them from advertising a strain at 25% and putting a 21% in your bag, and saying "sorry we ran out of the batch you ordered." And then to get attitude from the employee when you question this is unacceptable to me.

I bought 10 prerolls I smoked 2 and they where soft and the flower was coming out of the container. The 3rd I smoked and half just felll out. I drove there and I was greeted with a acting stupiviser who said you blew that flower out of the preroll. I felt that she was calling me a liar! She wasn’t there when I lifted the preroll. I was very upset and waited for the general manager. I was surrounded by 4 employees, because I was getting user! What do you expect when 4 people surround you. I felt like they tried to intimidate me.and gang up on a customer., I called later and the lady hung up on me How would you feel if you were treated like shit or a liar! I finally got a returned call and I was treated well by Joe the GM. We reach a agreement and I also told Joe that I was writing a negative comment and I am never coming back. People that work in MMD come and go. Customer come back. I will get my credit and have a nice life Miss Hard Ass! As a 💯 disabled Veteran this is how they treat you! It’s all about sticking it to the customer and “Maximizing Profits!!!!!! Highly not recommend this place y’all Veteran and disabled Veterans!!!!!!!

Probably the best selection of edibles in the area, great shop, plenty of room. Ordering online from my phone was a bit tough with the shopping basket. And as far as I know the best Vet discount on Wednesday!

First issue I’ve had. Ordered 2 eighths of grape Diamonds #2, got home and as I opened my jars found they sold me grape Diamonds #1. The amount charged was correct but it was the wrong products. And it’s open now so I can’t bring them back.

The two best flower strains, chem and lilac! This place is awesome, better prices then most and the best quality. Professional, safe, and friendly. You should check this place out!!!

Why 60 dollars a 1/8? When 45 to 50 dollar even with veterans discount it's cheaper do the math my veteran friends. I appreciate the veterans discount now it's not worth the drive. SORRY

I always liked it here until I started buying disposable vapes. This is my 2nd time spending $50 and wasting it because they break and don’t honor the refund by hooking it up to a machine and saying it works. The bottom part broke off out of nowhere after only using it for today till 1pm. It only gives fumes and a little tiny puff of smoke. Terrible customer service as we called and told them the problem and they said it’s fine as long as we have the receipt so drive all the way to Taunton to Middleboro for nothing. I will now take my business elsewhere for my hexies too as I only went there because it’s closer than Brockton.

Location is great, conveniently right off the highway, great service and products.

Yesterday was my first time visiting this dispensary and I’m so glad I did! They have a variety of products and really good deals!! I bought a few things to try. The Betty’s Eddies fruit chews were so good both with taste and effectiveness. I also bought some concentrate which I haven’t tried yet and a preroll which was really good!!! Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back!

what an absolute wonderful place. I'm a medical patient and personally I have worked as a budtender before at a different dispensary and to be honest most dispensary's bud is trash especially recreational and trust me ive tried them all Natures heritage is HANDS DOWN the best small craft cannabis line I have ever smoked I never will be going to another dispensary as long as they sell Natures heritage and if you personally haven't tried it I highly recommend it.

Buy $200 get $100 off and you get a punch card where you can use this discount up to 4 times. They have great selection. Bought a vape cart and they even threw in a free battery for me. Had nothing but positive things to say about this place.

My mother had a bad experience there I don’t know if it’s cause she a color person but they treated her and talk to her like she wasn’t nothing and I’m not pleased at all with that type of behavior i would never n my life spend any more money there!! Not all is rude it was one particular lady and the rest of staff act like they was scared of her!! Never ever again in my life I would go back there this world is a sad place we all the same!

Aside from having phenomenal products, the people there are mental medicine. If I could live there, I would. My experience was magical. If you need medicine and love, this is the place to go!

Please put the menu on this app for the love of God! Highly recommend.

I love this store, have a dispensary 5 minutes from my house, I would rather take the 40 minute ride, love how they stock the same varieties, store is immaculate, employees are great, will keep coming back, hopefully delivery at some point would be awesome..

Terrible compared to all other dispensaries I’ve been to in MA. Don’t waste your time and find somewhere else to go.

Panacea has a wonderful new, huge building, easily accessible. Patient experience is top notch. And, you can use a credit card which is huge. Now, just need a loyalty points program.

Rudest dispensary on the south/eastern shore. Save the trip and find somewhere else.
