They sold me a male clone and can't be arsed to take responsibility. I was a loyal patient and customer but THEY SOLD ME A MALE CLONE AS A FEMALE. Buyer beware.

I make the effort to visit Pacific Green because I want to support my local dispensaries. However, I was utterly disappointed in the quality of the pre rolls I bought. Don't be like me. Save your money and go elsewhere unless you want to buy stems and leaves. Zero Star quality if possible.

Great people, great meds. Will be back soon!

That was the most unpleasant dispensary owner experience I've encountered. Someone who doesn't understand product quality or medicinal value, just wants to get it for the best price.

Hmmmm I don't want to be rude , unlike the service I received ! Selling outdoor at indoor , enough said ! So far the state has let me down ! Hope I find one good shop before I head back home! One thing this shop is similar to the bad medical shops in Los Angeles. Hiring people with no knowledge of strains or how it was grown ! I would go on , but even writing this is a waste of my time! Worst part is I work in customer service , and I never like people who write reviews. You guys made me "that guy" ! Thanks for a crappy experience !

had terrible service today. stood at counter for over five mins. audibly announced myself, waited, called out that I was about to leave, still no one came to the front. door was open, I could see budtenders and they could see me. I left. I don't have all day.

Not a very wide variety, but the organization was somewhat confusing. Unprofessional, and they skipped right over us while another budtender was hanging out in the back. Mansplained, didn't answer questions but just read off the same thing we were looking at, and were very presumptuous. Clearly didn't listen to us. Don't go if you want to have a quick in-and-out trip because the budtender will keep you forever telling you how to live your life.

Nice budtenders, small tyrant lady screaming at employees makes this place not worth visiting.

Came in for the first time yesterday. Very friendly and knowledgeable on their meds. Probably some of the better GSC I've had in awhile. Easily in my top 5 dispensaries.

Stopped in Sunday morning, and what can I say? OHHH DAMN. THIS PLACE HAS GOT SOME FIRE. Was greeted by a cheerful and adorable receptionist, and the young gentlemen who bud-tended for me was well-informed, polite, and even left me with recommendations for my next stop in. Better yet, prices were fair and the bud was excellent. Would recommend to others, and will be coming back!!!

I felt the need to update after my initial reaction. There were a ton of seeds in that afgoo. So yeah, this place is way worse than i had originally stated. Pretty upsetting.

First time in, wont come back. Helped (or not helped) by an older lady wit short hair. Very rude. Shop is cool and bud is good at least. Still, better places to go.

Seemed like a good shop still getting their stuff together. Prices seemed just a little high and bud tenders seemed flustered

Staff was prompt, intelligent and friendly. The shop is very clean and comfortable.

Got the 7 grams concentrate for 150 and the budtender was awesome, let me pick from some of the best. Ended up with a great variety and had a chance to smell the Chernobyl flower which i'm definitely coming back for. ( On special for 20 bucks an eighth!!) Prices are some of the best around and the selection and quality are top notch. Staff was great, lobby was clean and smelled dreamy, they even had the NBA playoffs on a big plasma TV as soon as I stepped in. Awesome local shop up there with the best of them, this is the spot.

I had so many questions about vaping and growing, and the staff was able to answer them all. Way nice and super friendly. I would definitely recommend this place!

I drove by this store twice, hours apart, and was totally turned off seeing a dog tethered on a short leash shivering in the rain. He looked miserable. I hope the owners understand the impression this makes.

Tonight, I came across the response to my last comment and the last time I was in your store from 11-16-16 and found your remarks laughable and dripping with insincerity. I was a huge supporter of PG when it was first opened in my neighborhood and found the original owner and manager some of the most knowledgeable in the business and wanted to help the business grow. Then you took over and the old owners and management disappeared overnight and your husband and you went from running the minimarket in the strip mall to working full time at the dispensary. It was obvious both of you lacked any product knowledge or sensitivity towards your customer base and did not show desire to learn or appreciate your clientele and their business. With what I assume is a lack of faith in your employees or your inability not to micromanage, every time I went there it was becoming more and more disappointing. You brought the same business ideas from the minimart into the dispensary and treated the customers like they were just slapping down a 6 pack and leaving. Not true with dispensaries. We spend an average at least 10 minutes and average higher sales. Because we are their longer we have opportunities to observe and decide if this some place I want to spend time and support. Every part of the service and products suffered immediately. To you constantly being over your employees shoulders as they were helping people speaking towards them in deeming fashions and constantly questioning what they were doing in a very accusing manner. It’s was incredibly ackward seeing your employee treated that way. And then putting your husband in the lobby at the reception desk when he has absolutely no personal skills. No greeting. No acknowledgement of return customers. Instead he does what he did at the store, stares at FOX News on a big screen in the lobby forcing all of us to watch as well when we are in there usually 5-15 minutes. The day I wrote the first review, I sat there and listened to a commentary compare cannibus smokers to Pedophiles. I couldn’t believe I was listening to that in a dispensary and I tried to explain that constantly having a channel blaring that portrays your clientele as criminals and mental deviants is being insensitive towards us and makes it call into question your respect for us and our business. And your comment about no being able to find another channel that doesn’t offend as much is just ignorant or smart ass. I would bet you it’s impossible to find one that offends half as much. I did not ask you about your politics but you all had no problem forcing them on your clients. After wrinting that review and stopped in the next time, you came flying across the store and attacked me for writing it in the middle of the store. No apolizes or wanting to understand my view and keep my business. Saying I had no right to my opinion or state it and meanwhile you guys still had Fox News playing! I have a right just like I had the right to take my $500+ monthly business else where and did. You have the right to watch all the Fox you want but you could be losing business as well from that and a customer has the right to point that out or any situation that makes them unhappy with their shopping experience . But stand by your choice and don’t come back acting like suddenly you care about customer satisfaction and are working to have a welcoming atmosphere when that so is not you. Your words ring shallow.

the best concentrates hands down best in Portland. The Blue City Diesel omg omg omg the smell and the taste. and the Jack herara Shatter again omg such a pure high. Definitely a return customer

had the opportunity to stop in and see the folks at Pacific Green today, very impressed with the 2 gentlemen that were running the store. They had a great deal of knowledge of their products as well an overall inviting environment. I highly recommend going to see Pacific Green for your medicinal needs.

Stopped in with a buddy a couple days ago and really enjoyed the warm and friendly service. Got a vape pen, some Girl Scout Cookie thin mint and some excellent Jack Herer shatter. Staff is what makes a dispensary visit an enjoyable experience and these guys are knowledgeable and sincere in their service to OMMP patients.

Pacific Green was a good dispensary always had great product. Had a problem with my oil cartridge which I had just purchased went to take it back because it wouldn't work and he would not exchange it. I will not return you lost my business forever and I'll spread the word to everybody I know not to go there. Thanks for what feels like a screw over

I was first time to visit Pacific Green but I had a great experience. I bought meds including edible one. The store looked quiet brand new. But they have various collection of products. I love the moment that I try to make up my mind upon various products. I totally enjoyed shopping in Pacific Green. And two gentle men running the store, they are so kind and professional. When I had questions (actually I asked a lot), these guys gave me kind and very knowledgeable explanation. I will definitely visit again!
