First-timer - So I walked from San Mateo and I didn't really think it was that far. (famous last words lol) When i was greeted, all I was asked for were my ID & Medcard and was let in immediately once I told him I had walked. The guy at the door told me to go rest & cool off with some cold water in their waiting room. He made me feel VERY welcomed and not rushed at all. They ALL noticed my nickname and ALL addressed me from then on. The blonde budtendress was a bit young but very knowledgeable! And made me feel comfortable with all the new terms and new types of ways to partake in cannabis. I have ADD so when I would wander and point and ask "what's that?!" to random items, the same girl, or whoever was near, would answer right away; no hesitation or even with a "ugh..." type attitude. Definitely returning. You guys rock!

I absolutely love Organtica! You show your ID/Card before you enter, but don’t let that scare you away! I like that it is a secure environment. Also, once you come in the door they always make you feel comfortable and welcome. Their products are tax-included, which is nice because I don’t have to worry about adding the tax in my head. The flower here is always amazing and high quality. Their medibles are AMAZING. They recently introduced a cookie of the month which are so good! Also, make sure to fill out a raffle ticket each visit! I’m headed there today and I’m going to suggest they upload their menu here, but you can find their daily menu on weed map and follow their page on FB!

I like the pre rolls . But I am leaving a review in reference to staff . There used to be a great atmosphere. I wouldn’t recommend people to go there because I value customer service . Sad that I can’t feel happy when coming there makes me think twice !

A greater variety of cartridges would be appreciated, but I love the quality of the Bloom carts sold. I purchased 1 gram (g) each of Blue Dream and Jack Herer, and received 20% off for both, as the Bloom carts were on sale. I admit that if it hadn't been for the discount, I would have bought less oil—probably a 1 g and a 0.5 g. The inside environment was cool, while the outdoor location was almost concerningly "lowkey". After signing up with the dispensary, I was given a loyalty card and an additional 20% off for my subsequent purchase. If I ever go back to Albuquerque, I'd definitely buy from Organtica again, but only for Jack Herer and other similarly "energetic" strains. Though I didn't look at other products besides carts, I did realize that they had sales on flower. I believe I did see at least one strain discounted to less than $10 per gram.

Need all more variety and discount if possible. great staff and energy. very welcoming.
