This is the best dispensary in Sonoma County! Good quality medicine, good customer service.

Very nice people, good recommendations, wide variety of medicines. Effective edibles, good deals on hash, sunday receipt discount is great if you're not a student or a veteran. Large, warehouse space with separate sections for cultivators, but it's often a lot of big grey empty space inside the store. The front lobby is small but comfortable. It's not sketchy. It's also not sleek or designed, but that means it isn't pretentious or full of hipsters.

There are some crazy haters out there that are constantly trying to drag Organicann and Dona Frank down. Their problem is that instead of creating a great dispensary or going into the medical cannabis business for themselves, they cry and whine about successful and kind people like Dona. Hey Dona, keep up the great work because you are doing an A1 job. Hey Joe Tremolada, why not do something productive with your time and energy. Dona has it all over you and you are a jealous little boy child. Get a life, get a job, get your own dispensary. Until you do something about your pathetic lot in life, you are a nothing and a nobody. I will continue to frequent Organicann because they are a class act, something that little Joe Tremolada knows nothing about.

The staff at OrganiCann wishes to apologize if you have had a negative experience. We are vigorous and meticulous when it comes to testing our plant medicine. If by a very small chance something got by our professional and caring staff, it would be an anomaly. When you point out a problem to us, we go to great lengths to cure it. If you don't inform us of a problem and then use the internet to complain or write damaging statements, we can do nothing to make the situation right. Please have the courtesy to speak up and state your problem to one of our managers. You will find that you will be more than accommodated. Our number one goal is to help each individual client with their own personal needs. We hope you will return to Organicann so we can serve you and correct this situation.

I do most of my shopping here and I really like this place. The staff are friendly but not pushy, so I feel like I can browse their selection without being hassled. They also have a pretty large selection of flowers, oils, edibles and other items at reasonable prices. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone in the area looking for a dispensary.

One of the best dispensaries I have ever been to hands down, definitely in my top 5.

Pleasantly surprised at the size of their location.

Great place

The “Front desk manager” is rude, disrespectful, and has an attitude problem. He needs to be fired. I will never going there again with the way I was treated there by the employees and other customers. Disappointed.

These mfs don't care about patients only look at it as a business.

I recently returned to northern California and this is the only dispensary I’ve visited since my return. This dispensary is absolutely huge and has a wonderful selection. They have a hydroponic store, clones as well as the usual flowers and edibles. I’ve bought multiple clones from this dispensary, a lot of the clones were raised by people that work there so you can get first hand information on growing the majority of what they have available. Their stock of clones changes daily, sometimes they don’t have much while other times it can take you some time to read through all the strain names they have available. The prices on the clones are right where they should be. Of the edibles I’ve tried I absolutely love the mighty bites. They cost $5 and are 2-3 doses, a truly wonderful deal. Organicann also has a large menu of other edibles including such awesomeness as ice cream and pizza. They have a good selection if concentrates at good prices though I’ve never tried any. The way the flowers are on display is very helpful. They have a gram or so of each strain they have available out on display on a countertop. You can pick it up and smell it and there is a built in magnifying glass on the display case. They had an $8g special last time I was there, very pleased with that. My one complaint is the security. It can be over the top. For instance they will not allow you to go in there with a phone even if it’s not in use. You cannot be dropped off at the dispensary and walking their will get you questioned. Things would be much better if they had some shade in the parking lot, if and when I go to the dispensary with a non card holder, it really sucks to make them sit in the car in the sun while they wait. Overall I will continue to go to this dispensary for the wonderful products and service; I just wish they would cool it on the somewhat intimidating security. I can see older patients being unsettled by the security guards they have. It should be run like your average pharmacy, there is plenty of security but you don't feel so watched and influenced by it.

Organicann has a huge selection of bud, concentrates, and edibles. Their staff is super friendly and they make you feel extremely welcome and comfortable. My favorite dispensary by far.

I have shopped there for three + years, and I will tell you, as far as being a patient, they have always been courteous and knowledgeable. I don't know why anyone says that there is mold on it because I have NEVER gotten any with mold. All of their products are amazing. This is what a dispensary is supposed to be like. I'll put one criticism just so its a fair review. I wish I could examine the bud being given to me first, not that there is anything wrong with it. Just preference.

i never feel rushed going there...the whole atmosphere is laid back and the staff is knowledgeable...from the outdoor to the top shelf everything is great and so are the edibles

I love this place but I bought a 15$ joint and it was rolled too tightly, causing half of it to break off. Highly disappointed, won't ever buy pre rolled again.

Largest selection of Herb in the county. Little overwhelming sometimes. Good Range of products and wonderful quality. Decent selection of great edibles, could have more in the concentrate department however. If your looking for bud, edibles and grow supplies, this is the place. Friendly staff.

I love this place. I have been going there for about 6 years, first in the old location and now in their huge warehouse. I grow my own so I can't comment about their meds, but they have a great clone and young plant selection along with almost anything to make plants grow. They dont sell lights or hydro setups, but have lots of nutrients, pots, soil, compost tea etc, and usually have 2-4 grow tents on display with various strains growing. Think Costco of the grow stores !

"Mold and contaminants have been positively identified in Organicanns buds and products, they got my friend with M.S who had a compromised immune system critically ill or at least had a major part to do with it. We took the buds and brought them back to Orgnicann to only be treated very disrespectfully by Dona Frank and asked to leave. The mold was positively identified as having Powdery Mildew, and Dona refused to acknowledge this and thus the rift." -Amber Jordan" ................................................................... "A friend of mine took clones to her on a regular basis (as have I). i just never got paid so never went back but my friend, after asking about HIS money shortage, was threatened with being arrested for having over 30 plants at a time. threatened by Dona directly both in person and via email. she makes old, overweight, lying and greedy lesbians look bad and doesn't do much for the community, just herself. money is funny like that....aint it though?" -Chris Parent ................................................................... "She goes to permit hearings for other local mmj facilities and actually stands up against them! Shes bad for the industry, shes a nasty ass hater and the only thing thats a bigge bitch than her is KARMA." -Allen Pedersen ................................................................... "I was physically intimidated by one of her security goons when he stepped in my way on purpose. I am disabled with a spinal deformity and can walk now only after years of physical therapy. One slip or fall and could be in a wheel chair for life. When I told Dona about my encounter she started attacking my character and saying things about my family, I still have the email. She is not a rational, caring, logical or educated person at all." -George Berger

Dona Frank is the current operator of a medical marijuana dispensary conglomerate. Oakland Organics, Oakland Cannabis Institute, HillCrest Organics, Bayside Organics and Organic Cannabis Foundation are owned and operated by Dona Ruth Frank, and all locations distribute OrganiCann brand cannabis. In the City of Oakland, Dona Frank signed a contract and never paid the owners of an Oakland dispensary more than $1 million, and the city said she purposely avoided going through the process to get a permit. Instead, she sued for misrepresentation of the business and it's cultivation area. In the City of Sausalito, Dona Frank had an agreement with landlord Egri to be solely a lighting store, but later she opened a competing dispensary against the wishes of landlord Egri and tenant CCG. Dona Frank signed this lease as American Growers Exchange, but later opened as Cultivating Wisdom and Bayside Organics. Lisa Gygax, attorney for the American Growers Exchange, said there never was such an agreement. She said a judge had ruled the eviction could be carried out because the dispensaries were illegal in Sausalito. In response, Gygax said she filed an appeal against the eviction, arguing that Egri was aware from the start he was renting the space to a business violating a city ordinance. In employment agreements, Dona Frank implements overreaching, restrictive and illegal covenants. These types of restrictive covenants include non-competes, customer non-solicits, and employee nonsolicits. First, apart from a very few exceptions (such as the sale of a business), noncompete agreements are void and unenforceable as against public policy in California. Second, customer non-solicits have recently been subject to a lot of judicial scrutiny and are only permissible where an employer can legitimately establish that their customer list rises to the level of a trade secret. Furthermore, gang affiliated security hospitalized a former employee during an Occupy OrganiCann protest in Sonoma County where supervisors are looking to overhaul their medical marijuana rules. If you shop at OrganiCann your money supports the exploitation of patients, growers, landlords and the community. Your money is used to lobby cannabis laws out of neighboring communities. Your money supports violent crime. Is it time to disband the Marin Major Crimes Task Force? The DEA? Or the OrganiCann Mafia? https://www.facebook.com/notes/joseph-tremolada/is-it-time-to-disband-the-marin-major-crimes-task-force-the-dea-or-the-organican/10150410742661372

Went twice figuring something must have happened the first day to make everyone there act like total ath-holes towards me. As a medical patient, I certainly did not feel welcome by anyone, and when I tried to ask about which stains would help my condition, the reply was they are all really good. I asked if they tied to focuse on certain growers to keep things consistant and I was told anyone with an ID can sell there. I tried chose several variaties and was told I could not look at what I would be buying. WHen I got home the flowers were average to unsmokable. I suppose if you don't flush your plants and it is headache stuff you can sell it there. One sample was moldy and the rest was schwag mostly. Two strains were as expected. I went back again and mentioned most of what I got gave me serious headaches and asked for top shelf and was told how I dont know what I am talking about, etc. Bought two more samples and one was average Trainwreck and other Blue Dream I had to throw away due to mold. I have not been back since 2010. I feel it is very important my dispensary know their product and can give advice to as what strains help what symptoms. Somehow this place feels more like a place to score drugs than to get what helps people. Given the huge profits I can sense here, I would expect the community to somehow benefit beyond sales taxes.

Occupy OraniCann protests the business practices of Dona Ruth Frank. The DEA has been investigating Dona Frank who is suing her ex-attorney, the one she had when Organicann opened. Now her former attorney is bankrupt, and she will allegedly testify that her dispensary has millions in profits at his bankruptcy hearing. We hear this testimony will be in front of the DEA, who has been at eviction hearings for her businesses. In the City of Oakland, I introduced Dona Frank to the permit holders of an Oakland dispensary. Dona Frank signed a contract and never paid the owners more than $1 million, and the city said she purposely avoided going through the process to get a permit. Dona Frank sued the former owners of the Oakland dispensary for misrepresentation of the business and it's cultivation area after openly gloated she did not want to pay the Petras’ for their business. Patient testimonials show a pattern of intimidation and threatening behavior, and when that has proven unsuccessful, violence has been used. I am a witness, and the party that made the introductions that resulted in the disputed transactions. I provided Arturo Sanchez police reports at the city's revocation hearing and requested law enforcement attend future hearings, so that witnesses would not be intimidated the way I was. Sanchez asked if we could meet in an email, but I received no response after suggesting I would be available at the city’s convenience. Now the city says, "the matter has been resolved,” and I was intimidated by security, threatened by grower Kevin and hospitalized after protesting.
