Oregrown - PDX

Listen up, this place is the truth. Take everything you thought you knew about bombass skunk, fire flower, and gassed up green and flush it down your nearest toilet because Oregrown PDX has done and changed the whole damn game. Good looking employees, welcoming atmosphere, and greased up prices coupled with the dankest of the skank buds makes this place #1 on my slick list!

Budtender refused to tell me how much my OMMP ounce would be over the phone. Told me I HAD to come to the store to find out the price. Dont you understand what OMMP means? Its medicine. I have a hard time getting to this sketchy location as is. I dont want to get attacked walking in cuz i had to bring too much money because THEY WOULDNT TELL ME THE PRICE OF MY MEDICINE

I used to be a regular customer, however since quarantine they’ve dramatically raised their prices by about $20 which is a lot. 2 weeks ago I got the same products for half the price. Many other dispensaries near by have the same products and regular price, not taxed based of the worlds current situation. Making money off of people that are barely struggling to afford their medication is dirty.

I love that the nothing is prepackaged! Shon has been very knowledgeable and helpful everytime.

I got delivery once in a while and George is always helpful and fast. He is always in a good mood and give good recommendations about new product available in the store. Great experience shopping at Oregrown PDX.

These guys are the real deal. George and James are the best budtenders and delivery couriers I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Great and good hearted guys who are honest and punctual. They are super respectful and polite to my neighbors in my building as well. Countless orders with countless companies in PDX, they are by far the best. Thanks for always have my back, guys!! It’s a nice shop with good flower. However, I think its really lame what they did with their pricing unless they intend to give their employees hazard pay. As a person in the industry that visits a number of dispensary, this is now one of the most expensive in Portland. The reason I was given for this by a manger was “it’s a sellers market”. There other great dispenseries in the area that have actually Dropped their prices during the pandemic..... It seems that moral bankruptcy has entered into the equation, and they have forgotten about what cannabis counter culture used to mean. This business model surrounding cannabis and making it acceptable to rich people is wishful thinking and I’ve watched it crash and burn when things get too boujee. Their pricing definitely needs to drop back down for me, as a bud tender and grower, to afford to shop here. I can get the same flower in other places for 20% less. Their merch is also California priced, and I’ll stick with finding scores by thrifting. Really hope they reconsider some choices.

Nice shop, just a shame that all of the best flower goes to their sister store in Bend. For example, at the moment the Bend Oregrown has Dirty Bananas, Octane Mint Sorbet and GM Sno from Urban Canna as well as the likes of Blueberry Syrup and Animal Mints from Evans Creek Farms. All strains I'm currently obsessed with but I never see such a quality selection at the PDX location. Please, please, please start bringing in the better flower from Bend to the sister shop in Portland.

Beautiful, first thing that came to mind when I entered this store, and all faculty and staff there are incredible. You definitely won’t be disappointed, worth a visit!

They carry Focus North(one of the premier growers in Oregon) which is great but they charged me $120 for a quarter of White Truffle when I could go to Treehouse Collective and pick it up for $96. Ladies and gentlemen this is greed. I could see them charging $102(which is high but still better then $120). I understand that I’m paying for quality flower. But just because I want quality doesn’t mean that I should be ripped off

I ordered for delivery from Oregrown through Dutchie, and Coe and Colin couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful! They went out of their way to send me an email of the signature page they need on delivery so I could sign it and send it back to keep social distancing intact during this pandemic. I’ll definitely be shopping with them again soon.

Great staff. Friendly and personable. I spend a king’s ransom on this stuff. I’ve stopped going to places where the staff has a bad attitude.

Miranda was helpful and friendly, and knew some great deals to help me get the most out of my visit. The store is neat and chill, and I can't wait to scope out more of their products. Got great prices on some edibles that beat anything I have seen in town.

I love this shop so much. They always have the best flower but also really great deals for the budget side of things. Kaleb always helps me out and has great suggestions. Probably the happiest budtender I have met. I can't wait to stop by again!

Crash is the best budtender in PDX! I live in SE and have a million different dispensaries to choose from, which include places closer to my house with a wider strain selection and more competitive pricing. I like Oregrown's branding, their focus on aesthetics and the open space and natural lighting in their stores. I like that they offer curbside pickup and card options, but I am severely disappointed they don't have a tipping option when you pay with card. Why? Because their employees deserve it. Here is a little anecdote: When the pandemic first started and the lockdown was announced, I pretty much shutdown out of fear. I struggle with OCD when the world isn't dealing with a new, deadly virus, so covid19 triggered all my anxiety tenfold. I'm a really friendly, open, loving person, but for awhile, I was scared and slightly hostile toward anyone outside my home coming into my personal space. I was relieved that Oregrown offered curbside pickup, but still nervous about getting within 6ft of anyone, which you still have to do in order to show your ID, hand them your card and get your weed. The first time I met Crash when I was doing curbside pickup, I kinda just threw my ID and card at him and almost burst into tears when he told me i still had to sign the credit slip, which involved getting close and touching a public pen. I think most people would find this insufferable, dramatic and rude. However, Crash is an intuitive, empathetic human with a high emotional intelligence. He probably sensed I didn't want to be acting like a psycho, and was really nice about the whole thing. His response and the way he handled it made me feel a lot better, so I continued shopping at Oregrown. That was like 2 months ago and now I shop there every week and he always remembers me and my preferences and it makes all the difference!! Seriously, give that man a raise!! He's so friendly and kind and genuine. I think it's rare that someone's authenticity can shine through a five-minute sales transaction like that, but his always does!! My covid19 fear is pretty much extinct at this point and I'm not afraid to walk into dispensaries anymore, but I will continue spending my money at Oregrown as long as Crash works there! Thanks for caring about people and being my pandemic budtender buddy - you are making the world a better place just with your attitude and I bet I'm not the only customer who notices!!
