If at all possible I would have rated them higher than 5 stars, this place is one of the most welcoming and comfortable spots in town! I came in looking for the 7$ gram deals they had on their menu and unfortunately they were out. They still made sure I got an amazing deal for coming out, and made it VERY worth my while. This is the first time I have been in to the location in Eugene. I did go to the Springfield location previously, but I like the space here way better. They have a room where people are making medibles, a glass (pipes, etc) room, and lots of extra space for classes that they provide. The space is clean and smelled nice which is important to me for dispensaries like restaurants. The flowers are pre-bagged in medical zips providing a convenient way to choose exactly what you want. They have done their homework. When I got it home and pulled out a bud the size of a baby's arm (no kidding weed porn) the day got a lot nicer. I did not get any concentrates, but they had these great rubber ball containers that I haven't seen before. If you are big on customer service and feeling welcome please try them. The staff and the owner were genuinely nice and talkative, (eye contact, shaking hands) I was thoroughly pleased with my experience from start to finish. The location is great, it's discreet with lots of parking. Recommended!

Last time in I was really surprised by all the old flowers and browning product. Turnover must not be so good right now. Fresh meds is something I find myself in search of from time to time.

Works great for me. It's close and for that I'm not one to jump band wagons all over town. The service is friendly and there is no pressure. It only gone to one other place and I wish I could have returned my purchase. I'll stick with the wellness center

This is my go to dispensery. Close to my house, and I have had bad experiences at other places. Can't think of a single complaint about this place.

my tender Scott was a laid back man, who was different, interesting and taking ventures. their selection of flower was nicely displayed, and easy to read. their flower was pungent, and well cultivated. the atmosphere was relaxed, and open, with other things available such as appointments with their chiropractor, message therapist, as well as a good glass selection on hand. I've heard good things from friends and they are true. I'd totally recommend a place that wants to help get you set up with such well cared for medicine, having had some perspective I haven't seen in many places. 4/5 all around. :)

This was my last visit there. The people were rude & the flower was subpar.

Very poor trim job with large suger leaves in shake and cure job is iffy on all flowers. They grow all their product themselves so limited variety and thus these shortcomings are apparent on all the flowers offered. where they excelled was in the atmosphere and customer service, they had a clean professional environment and were polite.l

We love this place because the patients that walk through the door can walk in feeling like it's discrete and they get treated with respect because they're there to get out of pain to suffer less than they have to

There are more services available here than any other dispensary I have been to in lane county, Their customer care is 2nd to none, no other dispensary offers chiropractic services or offers non-patients with a place to hang out instead of your car. Scott the local budtender will be more than willing to answer all your questions.

My new favorite place! I went because it was close to my house and I'm so glad I did! Staff was fun and helpful, prices were great. The description/review on each strain is a marvelous idea. I wish all places did that

This place was alright, had all their strains analyzed and in a catalog. Seemed pretty legit, I just don't understand why the vapes were in a separate room? BHO was kinda spendy too

They always have what I'm looking for and the quality of the product is above the rest, the clones were twice as big and healthy than the others!!!

I'm just trying to get some clones and #@$&*%! They have the one I want listed as in stock but everytime I call they say they don't have it! Menu updated 2 hours ago my ass! Waste of my time trying to give them my business I give up.

So i had high hopes for these guys based on the menu and reviews I saw. maybe it was because I stopped by early on a Saturday morning but the budtenders were spaced out and really didn't know the product. one actually said "I don't know....I didn't make the signs" when we asked some queations. nice enough folks but not really helpful. the product itself was mediocre for a recreational buyer. I get the feeling that the product might be more helpful for a medical user, if you can find someone there who knows something about the product. the atmosphere was superb as well. big area, lots of elbow room and a realky nice lounge. if I happen to stop by again I'll update this but for first impressions......eh.

The people were nice and helpful....atmosphere is a little dated but ok. My problem is that I went in for the $30/quarter Pine Widow special and just found a bug in it...been smokin bammer for years and never had that happened. I threw the rest in the trash and wont be shopping here again.

The budtender that's always in here in the evenings when I go in is awesome, always helps me quickly, great recommendations, friendly, and talks a little bit of Netflix with me on the way. Always good vibes and good products here

This is a nice place kind of tucked away off the main strip, but still convenient. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to find the right fit for you. My bartender was Kable he was really knowledgeable about all of the products. He listened to my needs and made some good recommendations.
