Takes forever to get through on the phone. Bait & switch pricing on bulk purchases - seeded buds - poorly cured/over-dried, terps are NON-EXISTENT. This makes smoking oregano look good by comparison. Darth Revan & Mendocino Menage (Fuel) provide two effects... headache and depression. Not relief of those symptoms, it's the actual cause of them. Huge bummer and a complete waste of limited recommendations & money.

first of I ordered online and that was fine, but the% on the darth Revan said 17% and came to me@12.77% . so I got 7 grams of the darth, 7 of the vanilla berry pie that was very dark very few crystals. then a half of the mtk. which was decent! NONE of these WERE anywhere as good as I get from every other dispensary I've bought@ EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED, THE QUALITY IS just not there in my opinion. keia was awesome though. .

They will do whatever it takes in order to not extend you any VA discount. “ it’s already discounted or on sale”

I have to say that I like the strains that you are sharing from the Emerald triangle. The organic growth and Emerald triangle strains go hand-in-hand damn good product “TAKE My MONEY!” #3Boysfarm. Keia and Alex are very professional.

Had an amazon experience with delivery. It was Extremely easy and the lady who took my order on the phone helped a lot. Over the span of the day received two phone calls to confirm all the information for delivery. Was told it would be delivered between 10-2. The next day I got text confirmations from my drivers and Received my order at 12:15. The delivers were both extremely friendly and helpful. Would 10/10 order again and recommend to a friend!

Great bud, great people on the phone, and great delivery services. The main point I want to argue is that people aren’t going to fork over $368 for an ounce, even if they were rolled in Wiz Khalifia’s tears I wouldn’t pay that much. I even find $260 for an ounce a bit much as a mid tier option. The Darth Revan strain was $148 for an ounce, now it is $260. Prices go up when demand is in but the answer isn’t to only sell expensive bud, barring off half your clientele. I hope a few more reviews like this will incentive them to stock Tier 3 flower more often, having shake as well was amazing. It was affordable and easy to manage for arthritis patients that can’t be bothered with a grinder. Keep up the good work!

I have been to the Boynton one plant a few times. I like the products. Organically grown, best product available in central, south FL so far. The service at the store in Boynton is amazing, but the 1-877 # nothing but miscommunications and problems. First I call the # to place a delivery a few days ago and they inform me they only have one strain in Meso, but the store in Boynton has a better stock, I'm told the three strains they had, Ebony and Ivory, MTK, and Darth Revan in Meso .. so I drive there from Fort Pierce. I get there and am told they have Nothing in Meso .... I'm the first customer of the day .. I made it there as the doors were opening and had gotten off the Phone with the 1-877 number just an hour before. I drove an hour to pick up my whole flower allowance (i live on a budget and the bulk pricing here is awesome) to my shock and dismay because I just drove an hour .. first customer ... No meso .. ok ... Breath ... I am told ok get a 25% discount .. meh .. it helps but still costs me alot more for the ounce than I can afford .. so I get home and discover a multitude of seeds .. about 3 grams out of an ounce ... Again .. I call the 877 # because it's the only way to communicate. .. well I wasn't able to afford to pick my whole delivery up from the Boynton Beach store so I came home called the 877 number told them about the amount of seeds that I found they offer me another small discount okay I place the rest of my order they tell me it'll be here at about 9:30 in the morning they'll send me tracking information they actually said between 9 and 9:30 I'm waiting 9:30 rolls around nothing 10 rolls around nothing it's now almost 11 still haven't heard anything from the driver don't know what's going on they've already taken the allowance off of my MMJ registry I don't know what to do there's no way to communicate with them I was told I would get a text yesterday evening or this morning haven't heard anything yet what's going on this is horrible experience.

Twas the night before delivery, when all through the house. Not a creature was stirring, not even a ONE PLANT mouse. The stockings were hung by the chimney with care, in hopes that ONE PLANT DELIVERY TEAM would soon be here. The children were nestled all snug in their beds, while visions of MAC1 danced in their heads. And mama in her kerchief, and I in my cap, had just settled down to vape some LIVE RESIN SAP. When out on the lawn there rose such a clatter, I sprang from my bed and hit my head on a ladder. Rubbin my noggin I flew like a flash, tore open the front door and made a mad dash. ONE PLANT was here I danced with glee, I tore open the containers couldn't wait to see. What I saw inside was worth more then gold, beautiful glistening buds smelling oh so bold. The doughy gassy wonderful scent, loafted high to my ceiling and out the main vent. I grabbed a bud and pinched it tight, feeling the sticky trichomes I held it to the light. A rush came over me as I giggled with delight, MAC1 is mine oh mine they won't take it without a fight. MAC1 is some of the best buds I've gotten from the Florida Medical Program. The terpene profile along with the intoxicating effects make this strain from ONE PLANT the front runner for the Florida Cannabis Cup. MAC1 has made me a believer...If u grow it they will come! Thank U ONE PLANT! PEACE!

Ever since it changed to one plant it’s more like one person working the phones. Or you are lucky if you get one delivery. Good flower if they ever pick up or call back. Not a good way to run a business

Upon entering Sunnyside side I was greeted by the front desk and signed in pretty quickly. then probably came the best part of my experience my budtender Daniel he exceeded all expectations in my opinion. I myself have studied Cannabis for awhile, so when we talked terpene profiles it was awesome to see another person who actually knew what they were selling. Then it kind of all went downhill from there after he left. I went to the register and waited for my order to be built I had bought two eighths and a quarter of the snaps (they were great I might add) The cashier proceeded to come out and at first she was super nice but I think the rest of her coworkers were stressing her out during payment because I mentioned I was a veteran and was trying to locate my card. I ended up not finding it so I showed them online verification on VA.gov which the behind the counter rudely muttered “I guess that’ll work for now…” which prompted the cashier to then start rushing me out of the store by repeating the price and shoving the Canpay device in my face acknowledge that I knew the total (which was wrong) and my partner was trying to let me know but honestly the whole situation stressed me out so I just left w/o saying anything. It turns out she discounted one single item instead of my entire order so I saved around $15 instead of $40. I’m pretty sure this kind of thing doesn’t happen often but it was honestly hectic enough for me to leave a review which I usually don’t If shopping I personally recommend the Lemon Freeze Pop

First off very impressed with these strains, I took advantage of their pre-roll sale. They only had indica's available. DR, MC, MM3, CC, VBP, SM were the strains available, honestly all worked for my neck and joint pain, all made me hungry,and worst red eyes of my life lol My only issue, which they offered a future discount on, I specifically asked for the MPC mendicino purple cheddar, was told i was getting it and got my order withoit it. The call center woman, told me to check on leafly for their updates, funny thing is last Friday, when i ordered and even now it shows it available (updated within 24 hours) .... Hoping once they get the ball rolling a better system will be in place. Everyone has been friendly and professional and medicine quality for sure. Hoping they get the go ahead for concentrates and edibles. Looking forward to more business.

TL;dr at the bottom. I can’t edit my review so I’m leaving another after having thought it through. I spent $212 for 26 grams and was really disappointed in the whole experience. My first time officially buying weed legally and it feels like I’m dealing with a dealer who doesn’t care if I give them my money or not. I walked in the door and stood there long enough that I got cold and went back to my car to get a jacket. (I had started a timer after a while of standing in the lobby at the check in desk to see how long I’d be standing there but then I got 🥶 and went to grab a jacket after about 3 minutes so it wasn’t that long) thing is though, no one noticed, and another dude had pulled up and we walked in (well I was walking back in) together. We stood there for a moment and the front host came up from the back. The other guy was helped first, but that’s was cool with me because I wanted to see what was what. He checked in and got a number, so then when the front desk host looked up at me I showed them my temp card/email on my phone and told her through my mask that I wasn’t sure how this worked as it was my first time. She said “That’s cool, I just need your driver’s license :)!” And gave me a number. I sat and stared at their menu for awhile; Then had to stare at a different menu when I got to the register because the one in the lobby must have been old or something, they didn’t explain, the guy behind the register was too stoned to care to give a real answer to anything. He was patient enough, but his eyes were so red I think patience was all he had at the moment. Even with all his patience, the setup of this dispensary made me feel rushed and uncomfortable. I didn’t like that I couldn’t see any examples of the product. (Don’t bother mentioning the posters on the wall or the picture in the tv behind the counter 🤦‍♀️) I was trying not to spend too much money but I’d been told that they do bulk discounts, but apparently 1/8 of flower is pretty much the limit, but you can but 8 eights if you want an ounce. Get wreckt. So discounts are based off how much you’re spending not how much you’re buying. So I’m trying to see how much I can spend and get some discounts when suddenly high guy behind the counter remembers to tell me that I’ll get a 25% discount for being a first time customer. 🧏‍♀️🙋‍♀️🙆‍♀️🤦‍♀️ So I rattle off what I want and I’m ready to pay but I didn’t know I had to use cash. 🤦‍♀️ 🤦‍♀️ 🤦‍♀️.... so I slide over to the atm and pull out a bunch of cash in front of a bunch of people, and then go hand it to high guy. He tells me to have a seat and someone will bring it out after giving me a receipt. I waited roughly half an hour and then a super happy energetic little guy walks out with a bag for me and ask me to “flash him” my receipt to confirm my order. When I got home a reviewed my purchase The 14 grams of indica shake i received was only 13.8 and had definitely been through a grinder.. I didn’t mind that, but when I had asked the high guy bud tender to describe the consistency of the shake he was not able to think to say it was finely ground. Idk, maybe he didn’t know either. The three eights I bought were on point for weight but the pre rolls were all supposed to be 1.0 g and two we’re definitely only 0.5 g pre rolls (I smoked one, well i tried to, before I relished they sucked, or well didn’t suck well enough). All of which where finely ground and too tightly rolled, likely by a machine. They did not burn well, I broke down all three pre rolls I bought and re rolled them. The flower was also a bit over dry and all had harvest dates of 6 months ago to 4 months ago but that shouldn’t be bad if it’s properly stored but Idk if it was properly stored. The thc ranges on all the flower was a bit lower on the jar i received than what the menu had listed but it was still good. Albeit I really feel they all had some chemical taste to them, I think that has to do with the grow methods, like what nutrients are feed to the plant and whether they flush before harvest. Idk I’m spitballing. All in all, a disappointment , especially considering an once on the street is $200 for some better quality flower than this. Sure this was a lot more convenient than some street deals. But not at all better. I won’t be back. The powers that be seem to be commercializing cannabis so heavily in Florida that they’ll drive away the daily users in favor of the casual ones. I was thinking i might be able to stay in Florida after getting my medical card but I’m back to planning on moving out of state. TL;DR - - $212 for 26 grams even with 25% discount. Inattentive (possible overtasked-saw her all over the place help other employees) front host person. Super high guy at register, might have almost forgotten to give me a first time customer discount. Cannabis weighed out a little bit short(I think due to over drying) thc percentage advertised was on average 1 percent less in the bud recieved. Pre rolls sucked, better off breaking those up and re rolling them.

Excellent staff and I love the location. Plenty of extra parking in the large plaza. The waiting room is beautiful and the dispensing room is very bright and clean. I’m so happy we were lucky enough to get a OnePlant store front!

Easy to order from online, the pick ups are smooth and quick, they call if there’s an issue, present a solution and are ready when you request. The staff are friendly and fun, one of my favorite dispensaries!

I ordered indica and sativa; both items had the sent of wet straw, when I went to grind it, it was clumping up. This indicated to me that I the herb was not properly dried or cured. Furthermore, one night Prior to going to sleep, I smoked a little Indica which keep me up all night; therefore, I believed some how the Indica was actually a Sativa. Not good.
