Sunnyside Medical Cannabis Dispensary - Ocala

it seems there are a lot of people unfairly judging a startup operation because they couldn't get through on the phone lines. giving bad reviews because they are impatient. yet having never tried the product. it took me 30 minutes of calling yesterday (10/21) morning to reach a human. when I finally did, I was given the best customer service experience. the woman i had spoken with was very sweet and kind. she told me my delivery of my ounce of Banana Hammock would be delivered either Tuesday or Wednesday (10/22 or 10/23). a couple hours later I had received a call back confirming my delivery for today (Tuesdsy, October 22). This morning I had received a text and a phone call stating I was on today's delivery roster. about an hour later I was told they were on the way and would see me in less than an hour. the delivery van showed up a short time later. customer service, delivery, and product are all on point. my nugs look amazing. once they upgrade their call center, this is going to be a serious contender in Florida. people need to learn to be more patient. lots of angry potheads looking to blast a company because they were too slow to get to a discount flash sale? or because the company is so popular they have their phones lines blown up is reason to given them bad reviews? ya'll childish. give me a break.

Worst dispensary in FL. No online Store. They’re don’t answer the phone. Bunch of liars 😂... don’t waste your time.

Kim is the most amazing representative for a business that you could ask for! She can answer any questions you have and has a great attitude. That's not common in the customer service industry. You guys at One Plant better hang on to her!!! Product was unbelievable. Effective delivery to manage my symptoms and enjoy life. This was my first recommendation at this dispensary and I was highly surprised at the quality and potency. MTK was an effective hybrid. Helped with my pain and stress. Be careful too much can knock you on your butt!! Pink ice was a potent sativa that gave me the energy and motivation to workout. Plus it creates great conversations with the wifey. Thanks again guys. You have a loyal customer thanks to Kim and the rest of the team!!!!

Reaching a associate is exceptionally difficult. I left voicemails for almost 2 weeks. I finally got a call back from Kim and she could not have been more helpful. I really hope someone sees this that can provide her with the proper recognition because due to incredible effort and tact, I will be a repeat customer. She was amazingly helpful and I will be back simply because of her. Well done Kim!

I love the Mac 1 at One Plant. It’s a really nice indica dominate hybrid. Their weed is expensive but they have a good rewards program. Their drive up window pick up service is great.

I purposely bought the leftovers or pre-ground to try plus 7 grams of bud. The leftovers should be called powder! Cannabis 101 when grinding your herb to roll DON'T GRIND IT TO POWDER! Out of all of the dispensaries I have bought from this is the only company that grinds to a powder. My coffee grinds are bigger then this! The price was right but this powder is ridiculous! If I wanted powder I would get Kief! The delivery driver was great!

I recommend sunnyside/one plant to all Fl. Patients, especially the connoisseurs, that are looking for quality ganja and solventless concentrates. They are by the best because of their deals, including snaps ($55 quarters) or rotating 20,30 dollar 8ths. In the past, and just recently, I received an incorrect order and a faulty product. The awesome sunnyside team always do right by their customers to make it right. The last online glitch and delivery quandary was handled by Marty and Sean, and I can say I am super grateful that everything was worked out right and was handled above and beyond expectation. Highly recommend sunnyside for people who look for quality and an awesome customer experience. A+

I’ve tried these guys a few times and they keep winning me over. I tried delivery once and they got it to me when they said they would. When the store front opened in Ocala I’ve gone in a few times and the lobby is welcoming and the employees have been very nice. They keep improving online ordering as well. Good deals often. The only negative thing I can say is I wish their was a strong sativa on the menu. However, all flower I’ve purchased has been grade A.

I’d love to try this place but it’s way to expensive. Don’t you guys offer a first time discount or any sales or deals? Products look fantastic, but who could afford to pay that

Made first purchase I am very pleased, takes patience for a call back. Everyone I spoke with and delivery personnel were very polite and professional. Keeping a good supply of flower available seems to be a common problem for all dispensaries, statewide demand for flower must be very high.
