Recently made this location my go to in Shawnee. Best concentrates, best flower, best value, and best customer service out of any dispensary around here. Wish I would of gave them a shot earlier!

This is one of my favorite dispensaries in Shawnee. Great selection of bud, great deals and savings with your points and outstanding customer service. Mason and the dreamy girls make your visit thoroughly enjoyable. I highly recommend OK Roots in Shawnee.

I bought a "pre-roll" today for $13 it was just a house blend and it was at very very most, half a gram. I'm so disappointed because I used to love these guys...but I won't be back, not if you're just going to steal my money.

The in store help is ok but the online experience is not very customer oriented. No communication when they are out of stock. Leafly says on their site that the store will notify the consumer if they are out or modify the order. Customer service is a huge priority for me. It is important for any business. Takes only a moment to tech out to a customer.
