OG Collective Dispensary - Commercial

By far the best place around!! I first started going here because my original dispensary closed for moving earlier this year. The staff here is top notch; everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Not to mention they got a great taste in music! Shortly after my first trip, I was back for more. Looking for something to help with pain and sleepless night, they had the perfect recommendation. You can't beat their prices or quality, the specials keep me coming back for more. On top of all this awesomeness, they are fair. I had a cartridge that leaked from the top and had some particulate in the oil....they offered to swap it out. They suggested a different brand, apologized for the leaky one and I was on my way. You guys are great, I recommend you to everyone. Keep up the great work, I am one happy customer :)

This place sucks. used to be my go to now they just do the bait and switch tactic with leafly acting like they have their in house strains on sale but when you get there they've always seemed to have just ran out but then they offer you the bullshit strains on sale that are outsourced through other farms and their terrible. Do some work and take five minutes from your day and update your menu on leafly if you guys really aren't pulling the bait and switch game, smh....

Fantastic location to be given the bird of you are a medical patient. This business is a Paramount example of the camera of corporatism in the Cannabis industry; no concern whatsoever for the people they 'serve'..... Know that if this place offers any special deals or discounts, they do it by eating tax for rec buyers rather than making any actual price cuts. The result is that rec buyers save money while medical patients save nothing. It's OG Collective's right to price and discount any way they like; it's my right never to go back. I suppose we're both exercising our rights today.

I just bought a cheap vape pen without a button, walked out of the door, had second thoughts and decided I wanted a button, and immediately walked back into the store to exchange it for the pen with a button. I was told that I could not exchange it by a very unfriendly manager because "it left the store". So now I'm stuck with a pen I don't want because I walked out the door and 30 seconds later walked back in again. I have been a long-time loyal customer, but no more. There are way too many dispensaries to deal with such crap customer service. BTW the manager in question is a woman who was on duty on the morning of 8/29/19. I hope the store owner monitors these comments and replaces her with someone who has better management and customer service skills.

I usually don't review anything unless the experience is fantastic or horrible. This experience was fantastic! I saw their prices on leafly and thought "wow, with them that low, they must not have good bud." Boy was I wrong! They have all of their current strains listed with pictures on the wall and what the type is (sativa, hybrid, indica). They then had jars of the flower ready for you to view and smell. They have the grams already packaged for you (they are true to weight) and ready to grab what you want or need. Let me say that their flower is absolutely gorgeous! Seriously, all their flower is top-shelf looking! Oh, it gets better. If you're a veteran like myself, they give a 10% discount to vets. The ladies behind the counter were all very friendly and were able to provide information on strains from either personal use or from the other customers. That right there lets me know that they listen to the customer which is huge! Bravo! This place is clean, smells great, very nicely decorated too. Their prices are bar far the best ive ever seen too! A+, two thumbs up, 10/10.

Grabbed an eighth on special (Blackberry Kush, fucking tasty) and an eighth of the Gorilla Glue #4 (Also, very tasty and stoney for a relatively low price). Also grabbed two grams of conspiracy kush, smaller buds but exceptional quality! Walking out I had nine gram of very kind bud and money in my pocket. This place is definitively, OG!

This location is my go to it's close to home. luckily they have multiple stores all over town. Great sales and staff.

Dunno what kind of establishment would allow employees to put out product they literally seem to no nothing about. I mean if I go into a store for a loaf of bread I'd hope someone could tell me the difference between french bread and sourdough if for some reason the knowledge did not already exist in my head.

I stopped in today expecting to be in and out like most dispensaries are now a days. but today was like no other. the energy as soon as I walked in felt so welcoming I would of felt like an ass not to laugh and crack a smile. the dude Eric definitely has a warm personality and knows how to make people feel welcome. after most of the people had left he made it a point to help me pick out the strain that I liked the best! such good service here. can't be beat.! love you guys as OG!!!!

These are the best people I have ever met. I dont want to go to any other dispensary. They have the best prices for the best weed and the workers make the customers feel so welcome. They even remember you and interact way more then they need to but its amazing. I couldn't ask for better service

Had a heck of a time getting a cartridge that worked properly. over the course of 2 weeks, I had to make 6 trips and exchange 6 cartridges to get 4 working ones. they were awesome about helping us get new ones and didn't hesitate to do so.
