It was my first visit to a dispensary, and I found the experience seamless as I approached the counter. Alexis deserves a special mention; not only was she well-informed while addressing my queries, but her delightful personality also left a lasting impression! Without a doubt, I will make it a point to drop by during my next visit to town.

I wrote a review before, but I want this to be stated. JODIE IS AMAZING. When you get her as your tender, you'll have the EASIEST time. I promise that!!! She knows what she's talking about and if she doesn't, she asks. She looks everything up. She makes sure you're getting the deals as well. Absolutely recommend asking for her if you're there.

I've always been treated well, even after the staff has had a long and hard day. I respect these gals and guys a lot, and they are very knowledgeable about their products. A particular shout out to Taylor L, who helped me smile a bit more on an otherwise gloomy day. Thanks much! (I hope you get that much needed break. :) )

Prices are steep per usual in Illinois. Good store though.

Good smoke polite workers and plenty to choose from

I’m from out of state and had never been to a true dispensary before. When I went into nuEra immediately I felt welcomed and in a place where I felt comfortable to ask questions. The vibe both in the entry chamber and the actual dispensary was so calm and friendly. Taylor L. was the budtender that helped me and she was so cool: answered my questions, helped me pick stuff according to what I was looking for, and overall was a super awesome person. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in Illinois.

Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable, direct to the point. I like that.

Thanks to Alaina who gave me the coolest weed travel bag when I stopped in to pick up my order. I am hoping nuEra begins taking credit cards, but it is still a great dispensary with knowledgable and friendly staff.

My budtender Alaina was the best! Super attentive, friendly, and helped create an amazing an amazing overall experience.

I was helped by Alaina, and she was very friendly and helpful when I needed another selection due to the product I wanted being out of stock.

DON'T BUY THE PUFFCO!!!! These things have notoriously bad electrical shorts that turn them into bricks. You will have to deal directly with the manufacturer, the store WILL NOT EXCHANGE.

The staff have always been helpful and friendly to me I have been helped by many Budtenders never had a bad experience with anyone at nu Era Mike is a good down to earth honest and knows his bud also I've been helped by Kaylee , Riley they're just sweethearts always happy and happy to see me and get me what I need for pain I'm paralyzed and in a wheelchair all the staff are always there to open the door for me that says alot for the kind of business they are

Always have had a good experience going here, and I appreciate the welcoming and helpful atmosphere every time I go. Would definitely recommend this place out of any other dispensary in Peoria. Michael Berrios has helped me a couple times and he has been great every time.
