Max was wonderful. Everyone was very polite but the atmosphere was overwhelming, especially the volume of the bud tenders and the music playing. This is also the first dispensary that I've been to that smelled like weed smoke. Had a club feel aimed toward the younger crowd. If I was here to learn about your products or was picking up to address anxiety, I would not have been able to stay in that chaos long enough to make a purchase.

My neighborhood store! Even with all the restrictions it's a very efficiently run operation. The staff is courteous and professional but also down to tolerate my love of goofy conversation. Excellent selection of flower. Looking forward to a deep dive on their extensive menu to audition some other treats!

My favorite dispensary currently. Their online ordering is incredibly easy to navigate. Due to COVID restrictions expect possible long lines and waiting outside in the cold for a long period of time. Preorder only doesn’t necessarily mean quick pick up - if possible would be great if they can add in a choose your pick up window block option to their online ordering platform. Their clemfields, gmo, dream catcher, and milk monkey strains get me amazingly toasty each and every time. And their staff is incredibly knowledgeable and amazingly nice - I always leave with a big smile on my face.

I don't know how I can purchase anything when ordering online instead of in the store? Why do vapes have no information? If I buy a cartridge or the packaged South vape I can't ask if it has a battery and there isn't a category for accessories. I'll have to get back in line to ask and then either I have to purchase one or I don't. It's a simple question with a simple answer. I can't tell but Sigh vapes look like it comes with a battery but I cNt be sure. I also wish they'd sell more 5 packs of J's , Nifty's and more affordable items. With unemployment at an all time high and people having to shelter in place having your products makes life a little better. Basically can you have way more inventory? Things go quick and I end up going else where. Can you maybe have a larger selection of green? More indica, new kinds. It looks like you've finished off clemfields finally. Sorry I'm grateful you're here. I just wish I could get what I'd like. By 8:45 this morning 75% of what I wanted sold out. Please batteries or no battery?

I have bid to this dispensary on multiple occasions and my last visit was disappointing as far as customer service at the deli a young lady who is wearing a trucker hat which read sex drugs and rock ‘n’ roll was rude and unaccommodating it was a product there that wasn’t much but it was still there she repeatedly tell me we don’t have any. I’m looking at it and then she says people want nuggets if you want that it’s still 18 a gram I said I understand what you’re telling me it’s not available even though I’m looking at it she was very rude and I ended my interaction is saying thank you and I exited the property. Upon exiting the property I realize there was another dispensary right around the corner where they were more than happy to assist me.

Hooked up today by Jessica…very friendly, extremely knowledgeable on their product and readily available to make helpful suggestions on different items. Amazing customer service….pricing is extremely competitive in the area.

Nova Farms is the best dispensary near MA/ RI state line. The staff are friendly and engaging. The volume inside is loud but somehow lends to the atmosphere. I'm happy with products and am on the VIP text list. Highly recommend!

A lot of people hate on Nova but flower wise I’ve gotten nothing but gas from them. Now I have only gotten 3rd party flower never nova brand but 3rd party quality wise of the flower is usually pretty good. The southie adam’s pre rolls infused did nothing for me. Not worth the premium cost but that was just me. I gave 4 stars for quality bc of that and the vape carts i have gotten from there were over 6 months old every time. Paying 60-100/gram I expect 2 months old max. Got to appreciate the customer in a flooded market. Always nothing but super nice people working when I have gone.

Gordon was awesome and really helpful! I had some card issues that he was willingly to work with me on and he seemed knowledgeable about the products. Overall a great help!
