Nova Dispensary - Mesa

I love this place! One of the best dispensaries I've ever been to. The flower is always excellent quality. Very pure, clean, and fresh. The service is amazing too. Everyone I've worked with while visiting has been extremely friendly and professional! I would recommend this place to everyone.

This place is pretty small. Not much to choose from. Carts are pretty expensive. 1st time patient deal was pretty horrible. Only good thing is that they’re open til 9 for a late close last choice

My first time in I get a cartridge and no idea I had to get a battery, so I leave and when I get home I try it out with the many batteries I do have but none worked. I call and find out I need a battery from the company that made the cartridge. I drive back to get it and I have to wait 45 minutes because the internet is down and have to go to the gas station 2 buildings over to get cash. It’s been a week and it’s already extremely hard to gat a pull because it has leaked somehow into the chamber, not even half way through it. Nova is a decent place with average quality stuff. Not worth a second visit.

The staff here is so awesome! I can't remember her name but my budtender was so sweet and went out of her way to catch me in the parking lot before I drove away without realizing that I could have gotten a new patient discount. So, she brought me back in and re-did my order and saved me around $20. She could have easily just let me drive off and I never would have known any better, but she was honest and took the time out to help me. Only negative I have for this dispensary is that the lighting in here really hurts my head, but to be fair most lighting hurts my head because I suffer from severe migraines. Compared to the relaxed lighting/atmosphere of other dispensaries, though, the lighting in here seems particularly harsh for some reason.

SUPER friendly service from right when you walk in to when you walk out (which you rarely get elsewhere) very high quality meds for the east valley for sure. incredibly fair on prices as well and everything is the same prices they don't do the whole different price tier due to thc content and age. Came in for the FTP deal. Got an eighth of DJ Short Blueberry and a free gram of Durban Poison. Amazing quality flowers and very friendly budtender. I will be back.

All the horrible reviews being left are just random "bad" experiences due to impatience. I have never had a " bad " experience, except 1 time and it was fixed. I appreciate Nova so very much for all they do, it's not even funny, Steven and the other budtenders are the reason why I go,plus they make my wife feel super comfortable,so why go anywhere else ? Well let me say I have been to a few dispensaries this one however is set apart from the rest by customer service, not to mention the quality of flower and edibles and not to mention the people!!!! Best One I Have Been to So far!! Really like the bald manager guy would consider him a coniseur I know I spelt that wrong lol. Every time I come here I am absolutely blown away by the friendliness and quality

I was a first time patient and will not go back, except to pick up my refund for the overcharge I discovered after asking several times if the price was correct. The staff isn’t knowledgeable, they don’t keep their online menu current, and being overcharged was the icing on the cake. When I called to let them know about the overcharge, they didn’t even apologize.

Love coming to nova , all the staff is really helpful and laid back, my friend won a 70 gram wax slab and we come back all the time!
