It was going to be my first time to this place and I had One of the rudest receptionist and would never go back to this place ever they obviously don’t want to make any money

Save yourself time if you live far from this dispensary they make you do online orders only which is understandable but falsely advertise a free pre roll with that online order and this was my first experience that made me walk out not like they care or anyone but knowledgeable and common sense don’t go together here and the lady in the front was lecturing me on the importance of doing online orders I’m not even from this area and was trying to get moonrock and my first patient deal that they falsely gave

I come into the city from 2 hours away and could go to any dispensary but this is one of my regulars. Their inventory stays consistent with good variety for my needs, their budtenders have made intelligent recommendations for my medical issues, and the prices are fair and often better than average. I've never had to wait more than a couple minutes at Nova and the online orders only method makes the whole process quick and efficient for me.

Lobby sucks, vibes are off, receptionist seems tired and bored. I feel uncomfortable, music sucks

dry weed..no good taste..very disapointed but it did get me high. just horrible taste and overall quality :( on 2 diff strains

Stopped in for the first time over the weekend and was really impressed by this place!! The guy working the front made me feel very welcome and comfortable, and my budtender went above and beyond answering any questions i had. Very pleased with this experience, and the Mickey OG was 🔥!! looking forward to coming again!

Florence is awesome, going out of her way to respond to my email inquiries in depth. Extremely helpful in a recent batch-hunting pursuit of mine. NOVA is more reliable than most dispensaries in presenting accurate THC percentages & strain descriptions in their online menus. NOVA does a much better job storing/preserving older batches than other east valley dispensaries I'd previously patronized. Pricing is better too, with extremely fair price tiers. WORD TO THE WISE: The actual physical dispensary doesn't offer much shelter from the searing Phoenix summer heat. Fortunately their hours are long. Sundown is a more pleasant time to pick up orders. They recently started accepting REC customers, who can place orders directly through nova.shop .

Nova quickly became my favorite dispensary almost 3 years ago and not even because of the great quality & variety of products that nova has, but because of the people and the service there. The really good deals they have are just a big bonus. Give Nova a try!

Ordered online to pick up. Got there. Fast check in outside and name called. Quick and friendly service.

Cheap skates sold me a broken device ($20.00) the had the nerve to instead of replacing it directing me to the manufacture. low iq business practices

Usually takes a few minutes to go back but they take their time with you so it's worth it! They're one of the only shops that have Sir Newtons gummies and those things are fire and hard find! I love the flash sales and have yet to be disappointed here!

Amazing service, great prices and good quality cannabis. I've been coming to nova since April of last year and they've been my favorite ever since. The staff is great, they're exceptionally nice and they really care about their patients. Quality of the cannabis isn't bad either, for $45 here you can get 1/8th of flower that's good enough to cost $60 at any other dispensary.

This place is sooo fire!!! Flower is always loud. Korova edibles, need I say more. I haven't even talked about the Canamo and MUV concentrates!!! Stupid cheap prices too!! I love you Nova, you are a god send!!

I LOVE this dispensary!!! They have my favorite shatter for a good price and their flower is great quality!!! I live in Coolidge and it is absolutely worth the drive! Second time shopping there and I will definitely be going back.

I feel like family!!

I was pretty satisfied with my first visit, but I had to return because my account had been charged for 30g rather than 3, which anyone should see that as an issue. I returned to handle the situation, and was given 10 bucks off my next visit, told I'd get a call on 2 days. 3 weeks later, no call and I've picked up the same product elsewhere, charged 1/10th the amount to my allotment. hopefully this is a learning curve issue and will be resolved as they gain ground with neighboring dispensaries.

Horrible first time experience here..... horrible attitudes from the bud tenders and literally didn’t even give me a chance to pick a free gram .. never had such a shitty off putting experience.. do your self a favor n spend your money somewhere else this place is horrible service,product, and vibe

I was promised a free eighth for my inconvenience when their system crashed and were unable to complete my order last time I went. They refused to honor their promise and didn’t want to give me the eighth. This place is a rip off and obviously not well managed.

Came in for the FTP deal. Got an eighth of DJ Short Blueberry and a free gram of Durban Poison. Amazing quality flowers and very friendly budtender. I will be back.

First time stopping at this shop and had a really great visit. The Nova staff is very knowledgable and was helpful recommending different products for my pain. They weren't too busy when I came but that was nice because it gave me time to talk with the budtender.

I was a first time patient and will not go back, except to pick up my refund for the overcharge I discovered after asking several times if the price was correct. The staff isn’t knowledgeable, they don’t keep their online menu current, and being overcharged was the icing on the cake. When I called to let them know about the overcharge, they didn’t even apologize.

Size doesn't matter. This place is small, but has quality product. Sometimes quality over quantity is better. It means the product rotates faster, which in turn means fresher flower.

Place is sure awesome. Never let me down. Always have top quality flowers, always fresh and sticky. Bought the Pura Earth Palm Stick. Love it. Trust me it's a must. Will literally blow you're mind..

wow this place is great! SUPER friendly service from right when you walk in to when you walk out (which you rarely get elsewhere) very high quality meds for the east valley for sure. incredibly fair on prices as well and everything is the same prices they don't do the whole different price tier due to thc content and age. Looking forward to coming back. thanks Nova!
