If you're a medical patient, go to Hope Heal Health, Commonwealth, or Nature's Medicine before you waste your time going here! My experience as a medical patient at NEA was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a dispensary! I went there because they had a strain with high CBD content on their Leafly menu (updated that day) but, when I got there they told me they didnt have any left on the medical side that I'd have to get in line again & buy it through recreational and also pay tax! They were very unorganized in the tiny "medical" room, the girl working there had trouble finding the small amount items on the menu they did have left, and the music was SO loud I could barely hear the girl working there talking, which made it extremely difficult to ask questions. Even though I went in with a list of what I wanted, a lot of their menu was crossed out and written all over, so it was hard to find anything else I'd actually want to buy. I left there & went straight to Nature's Medicine!! Never again NEA! Never again!

Sellout ever since going rec, put all the cbd concentrate on the rec menu? Makes total sense. Make the prices the exact same for rec & medical? Stick the medical patients in a tiny room off to the side? Don’t have quality meds and don’t even ever have what’s advertised on the menu. Been promising a more extensive in-house concentrate menu coming soon since you opened but only ever had 2 live rosins for 100 a gram and after finally selling all of that, still nothing. So many better options than this “dispensary” save your time and money

Its not worth wasting time or money here they put the good products on the rec side to charge the most only pro you cut the line with med car.

I have never been so disappointed. I drove to this dispensary all the way from Middleboro, and I promise it is NOT worth the drive. I purchased 1/2 ounce of flower. It came in 4 bags, which each should have measured 3.5 grams. (I don’t usually go to dispensaries where items are prepackaged for the following reason, but I do like to test out the accuracy of the reviews I see on here.) I brought the bags home and measured one out. Only three grams. I thought it was a simple mistake, so I measured the other bags. ALL the same, missing half a gram. I figured maybe there was something wrong with my scale so I measured flower I had purchased from another dispensary, and those were completely accurate. I was told I was getting a great sale by the staff at Northeast Alternatives, but in reality I was scammed out of two grams of weed by this dispensary. This place should be ashamed for treating any customer this way, let alone a medical patient who uses her weed to control her seizures. I will be sticking with NETA from now on. The drive my be longer, but at least they give me what I pay for. I feel completely scammed, cheated, and hurt.

I was disappointed in the product and the fact the quality, prices and deals for medical is the same as their recreational which is even more disappointing. The bud tenders aren't as knowledgeable as other medical facilities I have been to. Their late hours is probably the best thing about NEA.

I've been here as both a recreational and medical customer and I feel like there is more available to recreational. When you first arrive with medical card you feel special with parking and skipping the long line to go to different area. But then there's really no display or list of products and prices. Most staff don't even refer to specials or discounts when I am struggling to make a purchase with my budget. The last few times I have gone I left empty handed as the medical inventory was out of everything I needed. They had the product on Recreational side 3 ft away but not available to they medical side, which means I would have to pay more for it on the other side when it was physically in my sight. I felt denied relief as a medical patient. I also feel the medical customers should have some stronger products than recreational. It is a lot of money to have to constantly spend especially when products aren't medical strength. If you're buying recreational this is a great place, but medically there are other places with a larger inventory around. And usually if you can see a product, you can buy it.

I use to love it but they treat non card holders..better then those of us that have a card we are ushered to the rear of the lot because non card holders are parked up front...we are told we have to wait in line they never ask if we have a card then the Med side has 2 cashiers so we wait forever to be waited on it’s sad now its about the money not med side of it...I’ve gone threw this 2 times you shouldn’t be allowed to sell you have gone back on everything you said you would not do sad

I don’t believe they care about medical patients. Waited in line to go inside for a “curb side” pickup, 2 registers for medical and many more registers for rec (approximately 10 plus.). Additionally, people were allowed to move to the front of the line if they pay cash. This never happens to me when I’m in line at my pharmacy getting my other medications. Also, why is there such a large selection of flower for rec and not med? If they truly care about their medical patients they would make the process and selection better.

Im disappointed in selections. It once was focused on medical, great selection, plentiful sizes to choose from, lots of available great discounts. Now focused on recreational, kicked medical to one small corner in back. Very minimum on selection, strains, slim variety, only offers sizes such as 1 gram and 1/8 oz. Nothing usually higher to allow a medical patient to buy in bulk for a limited time strain that may work well for a patient. The bare minimum in flower options. Edibles tend not to be known or named strains. Discounts are absolutely horrible. I always bought alot more with better discounts. I would normally spend 600 at a time to take advantage of stacable discounts, now i go in a lot less and spend a ton less. Maybe 150 or so is usually all im willing to spend. I search for different nearby dispensaries all the time. They have a recreational line at entrance. If your medical, you have to go up to ther counter and look and feel like your cutting people to get the attention of the attendant to be let in. People in recreational line get upset and look at you angrily. I really loved it there. But was told changes were due to new management. Well...new management SUCKS!

I got a pre roll from this place on the recreational side recently. If I'm paying $19 for a pre roll, it better be good. This thing was horrendous. First off - the packaging is pretty far over the top. Plastic waste is high, even for a dispensary. Then I finally get to the joint. It was twisted off looking like someone's first preroll. It was packed too tight to the point where it wouldn't pull the entire time. Due to how tightly it was packed, ashing it meant the entire lit end of the preroll would fall off. Overall I paid $19 to get about three legitimate hits off of a mediocre strain. I'll pay $19 for a preroll again - just not from this place. Step up yo' game on the prerolls. It's the easiest thing you can do - unless you are using scraps instead of flower. Then it makes a lot more sense.

First off ill say the people that work here are great . My only issue is that they actually say they have the best weed in the east .... This is a bold face lie .... they sell expensive high grade mids at best ... not top shelf at all ... This is the only recreational dispensary in the area ... so i guess beggars cant be choosers .....

I called this place to confirm the details about a deal they were offering and was told that it would be honored. I show up later and (BOOM!) now they aren't honoring what they said before. They didn't even offer a discount or anything after making me wait 20 minutes to confirm the exact details of the deal. Plus, countless items that are on their menu but "they're all out". This place really has started catering to recreational more than the medical patients and it shows. I'm just going to stick to Nature's Medicines, where at least I know I'm getting fresh quality flower as they weigh and package it right in front of me.

If you are looking for sativa flower then this is not the place for you. I have been here many times and only once have I seen straight sativa strains on the menu which is a bummer. They obviously cater to the hybrid / Indica crowd and it would be real good if they mixed in more sativa strains. Hopefully other local places open to cater to this

out of all the dispensaries in the area this is the worst one. they never have enough supplies nd the medical patients gets the worst quality. the place is really loud nd it mess with my anxiety. they have some cool employees but other than that, ther medical side is trash

Nice place but they take away discounts for patients as they grow the recreational cash flow.. it states in the about us section they wanna give back to the community? Well give us medical patients back some big discounts to actually make us go back there...some times we can't afford our medication and when the prices keep rising it REALLY hurts. The main reason for your business originally was to provide medicine for patients but it seems to be patients are not the top priority any more...

the employees here dont know the information on promotions, discounts or products. they give misinformation then dont honor it. they waste customer's time because of it then dont think anything of sending ppl away after their employees say something. Its like oh well sorry for you BUT...and this is how they treat medical pts with health issues. they hire young kids that just don't care... will never go back there. plenty of places to give my money to now in fall river!

Love the bud they make! But unfortunately ive had problems with security accepting my ID. One of them told me that he would "rip me out of my car" if he was a cop and i presented that ID. Dude, its an old ID get over it. Secondly they like to play jokes on customers. When I came in and didn't have enough change they laughed at me when I came back in. When I was off by 1 dime I had to come back in again. This time the man behind the desk took his time to complete the transaction. Im not the cheeriest person, sometimes I get aggravated, some times im in a rush. Thats no reason to treat me with disrespect. Id rather blow a homeless guy then go back there and be subjected to that kind of treatment again. W/e ill just blaze this Golden Goat. Man why'd yall have to have decent shit too?

Even though I am a returning customer,Doesn’t seem the edible dosage is the amount shown.Had to eat 50mg of gummies that we’re 5mg each to feel affects,very expensive and weak edibles but very tasty.4 Friendly staff
