Nice place, chill vibe

I usually have a great experience with the prerolls that I buy, but I am dissatisfied with the"Lemon Cake" strain. The prerolls were very loose and toward the end of smoking it, the head fell out and I lost about a quarter of the joint. This happened TWICE.

I havent experienced other dispensaries but after going here I dint feel the need to. Im 37 been a daily smoker for over 20 years. I started by shopping adult use and the line was very long but surprisingly fast because the staff here are all proficient and professional. I got my medical card and the line is even shorter, plus now I can order on leafy and just pick up at the window! I enjoy the selection, quality and prices which I've compared to the other dispensaries in New England through websites and just don't see any reason to shop elsewhere. The staff here are all super friendly too I haven't seen one person frown yet.

Still no waxes or shatter, then 70 for a 1/2g cart. Sadly disappointing. I really don't have a reason to purchase from NEA at this point.

Perfect location conveniently located next to highway. Professional friendly fast service. I got flowers, some edibles. And both were perfect. First time shopper and will definitely will shop there again.

My first visit to Northeast Alternatives was absolutely fantastic. I pre-ordered online and within minutes I received a text that my order was ready. I arrived at the location and everything was very organized from the parking to the inside operations. I was very impressed and wished I loved closer.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It’s always a pleasant experience when I visit Northeast Alternatives! My budtender Melanie was super helpful and kind today! I don’t usually leave reviews but when Melanie suggested it, I was more than happy to leave a positive review for a wonderful establishment with great staff!

I’ve been to many dispensaries and nothing beats NEA. The quality and the service is amazing every time I go. I only go to my favorite bud tender, Jason. Super helpful, friendly, knows his stuff, and you will get the best deal when you talk to him. I’m also pretty sure I’ve seen him working security..? Ask for Jason to get the best experience of getting good weed and what you’re looking for and you won’t be disappointed!

I haven't been able to visit the store, yet! Bc I had bunch of questions that no one seems to have an honest answer. So today, i have finally found it. Not only an honest answer, but the right choice of what I need and the perfect store as well. After chatting online with Richard F. Thanks to him for clarifying my doubts. I really appreciate your help & time. I'll be visiting the store soon.

Fantastic place. The staff is really friendly and helpful. It was extremely busy today, but they kept everything moving and were awesome throughout the process (parking to checkout).

Ordered for pickup online. Was texted when my order was ready,got my ID scanned, went in right to the pickup line with no waiting, cashed out, and left. Amazing products, cool atmosphere, great staff. Will be returning. Thanks!!

Great product! The cannabis is always flushed correctly and taste great! The bud tender Melanie Gonyon was extremely helpful in making sure I make the best decision possible, with excellent customer service skills as well! Thanks guys will be coming back!

Love this spot! NEA products and services are great, really friendly atmosphere and quality products, not to mention the great staff who is always helping to provide advice and and helpful insight. Ken has served me a few times, and he is the absolute man! Always love it when he picks me up from the waiting line.

Teddy my bud tender made my first medical cannabis purchase amazing! He was very helpful and answered some questions I had because I’m new to this whole experience and he even made sure to explain all the great deals that were available to me that day and recommended some great flower to me and both strains were great! I highly recommend them and will definitely be back!

Line moves much quicker than you'd think since everyone is spaced 6' apart. Don't be put off from the street view when you see a long line. The bud is top notch (especially the "house" NEA flower) but the budtenders make the experience fun and personal. Really nice glass pipes by the registers for $10 or less. Voted best in the state for a reason!

Ppl complaining about the prices they’re by far the best prices around they don’t control the tax which is the killer my only complaints are the parking lot is always full on weekends and nowhere else to park and they blast the music like it’s a nightclub which can make it hard to think. the only other thing is you can’t look at the products before you buy

Had a great experience at this store. Everyone was very knowledgeable regarding all the products. This is my go to dispensary while in the Newport area.
