I communicated this morning with Richard, who was very responsive and helpful. I was asking about availability of Levia Celebrate Water-Soluable Tincture, because I think it's a great product, but seems to be out of stock in the area. He agreed with me that it's a good product and said he would communicate my comment to the folks on your end who order new products. Thanks Richard!

I had a issue with the packaging of one of your products that I purchased from Trade Roots. I went back with my receipt for an exchange or store credit. The assistant manager refused the return, took my # and said the Manager would call me. After 3 days and no call I decided to email where the product was made. Rich Farrends reached out to me, oppaulogized for my troubles and offered me a complimentary gummy product of my choice. This exceptional customer service was by Rich went way beyond my expectations. He should be recognized for going above and beyond to make the customer happy and it wasn't even purchased there!! Thank you Rich

The budtenders are always helpful and super nice when I go in. I had to message them online to change part of my order and Richard helped me out (thanks Richard✨). I prefer ordering online so I can really peruse the menu as it changes frequently. Their edibles are consistently my favorite I can find around here - super fast-acting and they taste like candy. I've gotten one or two slightly tight pre rolls from here, but otherwise I'm always super happy with their products.

Have been here several times. The wait time in line is really minimal in the scene of things. Ordered ahead online on two last visits. The online pick-up line actually takes longer than the walk in line. They only filled half the order. When I questioned them they told me they were out of that flower..no one had told me ahead of time. Had to wait while they went and got my substitution. Bottom line... better selection and service just walking in

I'm a med patient who ran out ahead of schedule, so I was just planning on visiting whoever was open today to get what I needed for until I could stock up again. Sonya went above and beyond while helping me and was able to recommend some strains I'm psyched to try. This ended up being my favorite dispensary I've been to so far. Thanks ! :-)

Great process, and well above AMAZING staff. Not a single employee was an issue, every staff member was pleasant and willing to explain what they have available. This is the best dispensary I've been to, and will continue to return!

There isn’t anything I don’t like! It doesn’t matter who is your Bud Tender they go beyond for you to reach your potential high your looking for. All bud tenders are educated on all strains. Me especially, I don’t smoke anymore but the editables are out of this world!! Northeast Alternatives are #1 of my favorites dispensaries.

Great list of products, fast lines, heated tents. Jeff b helped me in the first tent to make my selection and explained to me what tinctures are.

CHAN helped me out a lot and explained the whole online process ( lag ) faster smoother no line no wait highly recommend him I’ve had him as a bud tender previously before and I would recommend him to anyone he knows

So NE is my typical go to for flower. I have my medical card and I absolutely love how quick and simple it is plus their product are amazing quality. Large variety of weed. I love dealing with Lily, she’s absolutely sweet, informative, and helpful! She has recommended awesome flower to me more than once and she always remembers our previous conversations(I’m kind of a regular lol) which shows how awesome her customer service is!! 12/10 service!
