I had a wonderful experience speaking online with John he was the best in helping me out with what I need I couldn't get a better person to help me out and have the patience with me because I kept asking him questions and he was so patient and sincere and wonderful I will give him a 10 Stars if I can if not I give him the most there is is five if there's more than five I will give him the most there is he was the best and handling my needs and the patience. I had a great experience with him and he was very very helpful with me. He's the greatest on answering questions and the needs of a person that he is speaking with online he was the best whoever is reading this I hope he gets a good I don't know what you want to call it but either a great he deserves something great because he was the best I thank you so much and I hope it's supervisor John supervisor reads this and talks to him how thankful I am for him helping me out my name is Grace I always go into your store but today I wanted to do it online order and I hit the question the little message box to speak with someone and he was the one that I spoke with and helped me out a lot so now I can order what I need because of his help he's the greatest once again I thank you so much for his help and I thank you so much for reading this who it is I'm not sure but I believe it could be a supervisor or his manager but he's great I give him 10 stars or more thank you again. Devin was the salesperson who assisted me. He was competent, friendly, and honestly, patient with me. I embarrassingly forgot the PIN number for my debit card. So in the end I had to postpone my purchase. Devin remained friendly and helpful. Best kind of help and service I could ask for!

I had a issue with the packaging of one of your products that I purchased from Trade Roots. I went back with my receipt for an exchange or store credit. The assistant manager refused the return, took my # and said the Manager would call me. After 3 days and no call I decided to email where the product was made. Rich Farrends reached out to me, oppaulogized for my troubles and offered me a complimentary gummy product of my choice. This exceptional customer service was by Rich went way beyond my expectations. He should be recognized for going above and beyond to make the customer happy and it wasn't even purchased there!! Thank you Rich

I went into the northeast alternatives yesterday and had Hector as a budtender and I couldn’t be more happier with the experience I received he was so personable so knowledgeable I was super surprised when he told me he was new I literally blew my mind I thought he was there for years on how educated he was on everything on the board I went in for one thing and ended up leaving with 7 things I love the product at northeast but the experience I had with him that alone will make me go back time and time again thank you so much strongly recommend and ask for Hector you will not regret it!!!

Favorite dispensary in the area. Megan (the receptionist) is a really sweet calming presence but she always matches my enthusiasm on my way in; she also has great suggestions - although given we seem to have similar tastes, I might be biased. I honestly love all the staff, they’re all really helpful & patient. As the first point of contact though, they couldn’t do better than they already have. If you see this Megan, Charle says hey & keep up the great work!

This is my favorite place to get bud. The vibes are always great, ppl are nice, and the prices are the best. I was grateful to meet Timmy Wengenroth the other day. He was very friendly!! I didn’t have as much money as I normally do. He hooked me up with exactly what I needed. I definitely recommend NEA for anything you’re looking for. I’ll be back soon for sure!

This is my go-to dispensary & Steven is my go-to budtender. He’s so knowledgeable that he just asked me what I’m partial to & helped me select my order from there. I am always satisfied with my purchase, in part thanks to the awesome selection at Northeast, & mostly thanks to Steven’s expertise. Don’t go to Nature’s- they overcharge. Don’t go to Cosmo- it’s a hit or miss & the hits are usually one hit wonders. Northeast covers all the bases.

The most bang for your buck in the area. Best reward system & discounts too. Spoke with Elizabeth about both & she was very helpful in helping me save money and get lifted

It’s so quick and easy here and the employees are truly the best. Luann helped me the last few times I was there and she’s awesome! Answered my questions, offered suggestions and was overall super friendly and welcoming.

I had inquired with John via NEA’s online chat support regarding a future visit (it’s so cool that they have that to begin with) and he was fantastic at assisting me and answering all of my questions! I’ve been to this dispensary a few times in-person and it is always a pleasure to shop there! They make you feel welcome and are super down to earth. It’s almost like walking into an Apple store!

My first time visiting, the process was smooth and efficient. The cashier was nice, friendly, and knowledgeable especially after a long day of work. The product was the star. I already live near a dispensary but after visiting Northeast Alternative, i was blown away. I already purchased again prior to writing this review.

Everyone here is so nice and will answer all your questions. The lines can be a bit long so if you are a regular pot smoker I definitely recommend ordeing online to cut the lines.
