Location is good. It's central to the entire city of flagstaff. The staff is friendly. I like their live resin!

We stopped in today for some pre-rolls for our day trip. What a great spot! The vibe was electric, and our budtender was the sweetest, most sincere guy. I'm pretty sure his name is Carlos, if I'm wrong I'm sorry! This will be our go too stop on any trips up North from now on. Very warm and welcoming.

The entry and waiting area surpasses most of the dispensaries I have visited in the valley. You get a warm greeting as soon as you walk in the door (typically by Jason, manager of operations). They have both a great herb and concentrate selection for this tiny college town. Expect them to be doing perfect amber runs all the time on some of most amazing meds, blue pineapple & sour jack just to name a few. If you find some fire that works for you, don't be hesitant to pick up quantity. You might shed a tear when another customer (like myself) buys the last of it - and at their prices this is highly likely. Knowledgeable bud tenders who are happy to find something that you are after tips the scales in high favor for this one. Go there if you are in the area or become a regular if you live here, you won't be disappointed.

Another quick review, Great dispensary, wonderful service. Purpose: I highly recommend the Venom OG Flower and the wax sample given to me that was made from it. GREAT JOB Greenhouse. Best Dispensary in Flagstaff.

No social distancing, Overcrowded both in staff and customer areas, No parking, Repeatedly come here and find they have no stock of what they list on Leafly, No indication of THC level on most products, most strains are washed out and result in little effect. You are better off elsewhere in Flagstaff.

I feel like since they've remodeled that the quality of there product has went up with more the offer but the customer service is inconsistent. I went there today because the deal that was posted on leafly today said, $130 ounce (top tier popcorn buds. When I went in there and asked about this deal the bud tender proceeded to tell me that it's baby buds and the top tier was $150. I asked why and he said that wasnt the deal. he acted like that was a dumb question.

Walked into a kid sitting on his phone and 2 females walking around the office as if they didn’t know what was going on, they kept calling me “dude” , “bro” and “man” very unprofessional, also never update their Leafly. Good hard pass will save you time and money.

Chelsea the short haired blond chick was outstanding!!! I gave this place one more chance because I did try to order online but there was no option 🤷 so I said fuck it and went in still greating everyone I encountered. So chelsea called my name was super helpful even let me have online deals she was a blessing. idk if you can recommend people when you show up, if you do ask for her when you check in 💜 that girl knows customer service!!

I bought 1 ounce of wedding cake and when I got home it was wedding shake. not even popcorn buds but most shake. Full price not leaving me with good vibes thats for sure and you cant look at the buds when you get them. which I find to be pretty different from all others were you can see what your buying. Not buy the product and then leave and see what you got. Not to cool. Specially when your buying an ounce ect.

I never gave this store enough credit. They are truly the best of flagstaff. They didn’t use the public health crisis as an excuse to discontinue deals on product and they still dont have a shortage. Kevin is my FAVORITE he always manages to lift my mood and make me smile. Even if he’s mistaking me for a guy in sedona that goes hunting for aliens... you’re the best Kevin

Bought some low-end flower here, lit a bowl and can TASTE the chemicals. My suspicion is that they are NOT flushing their product in order to meet the crazy demand for weed in AZ at the moment. No other dispensary in town has armed security. NEVER been to a dispensary with armed security before. EASILY the worst dispensary in town. Take your business elsewhere.

Stopped in about a while ago and got an 180 mg brownie and two prerolls. I wasted my money. Prerolls tasted exactly like leaves and had no medicinal effect, even after eating the edible. If I was dependent on this dispensary for my medicine, I would be spending at least $3,000 per month on edibles that don't work. I'm so very blessed to have wonderful patient and caregiver connections that allow me to laugh this off.

I have been a loyal Greenhouse patient for a while cause there Everest was is amazing and have a lot of venom choices, but today I did not feel very good in the store and there post today on Leafly said 5$ off wax but they are no longer honoring it I was told today. When I said about the Leafly post and they should take a look a bud tender was condescending and rude. I hope you guys take this as disappointed loyal customer

visiting Flagstaff from Tucson, got an Ounce. from all 6 Strains only Mendo Breath and Maybe Jack Herer. Black Domina, Lemon Meringue, Taffy, Pineapple Express all are dry brown and taste the same. Nothing. stuck with these Mid-Lows... should've gotten all Mendo... jokes on me.

The great: Great help and bus tenders always willing to really explain and answer your questions. If they don’t know, they find someone who does. Best deals in flagstaff, and some of the best concentrates by far. What I would like to see change: I wish social distancing measures would be taken a bit more seriously and the recent addition of an armed guard was NOT a good look. More regimented sanitation during a pandemic. At first I saw receptionists cleaning doors regularly. Lately I don’t recall seeing any doors, atms, horizontal surfaces wiped down while I’ve been in. In summary: Favorite dispensary in town, but you guys need to seriously step it up on your Covid sanitation/social distancing protocol. The manager seems to not personally care about mask mandates. Seen him several times close in to customers without a mask on, myself included. Covid is only getting worse in Arizona...I shouldn’t have to worry about this in a medical setting to get my medicine.

only reason I'm giving 3 stars is my husband and I stopped in on a mini vacation and we live 2 hours south of you guys. great environment great flower but we get home, and keep in mind its 2 hours till we got home and checked our items and we didn't receive what we had asked for. it was really disappointing as it was our very first trip to Flagstaff and we had a great time....until we got home.... pretty disappointed since it's such a far drive otherwise we would return and exchange. haven't tried the flower we did receive yet but smells great. maybe we can get something worked out as it was our first and only time we have been to this location.

I've been to this dispensary a few times and never had an issue. This last time, however, was a bit of a letdown. The price charged was greater than the advertised amount, but I was eager to get the flower that seemed hard to get lately - Jack Herer. I was able to give it a sniff test, and should've trusted my nose, as this did NOT smell anything like the other examples of JH I've had. I could not detect ANY terpinolene - it just smelled like fresh cut grass (the lawn variety). I shit you not. It's definitely cannabis, I get a little high, but it's not the same. I don't believe the 1/4 I paid good money for, is Herer. I don't trust this place now, but I do trust my nose more!

I must say I was a "regular" at Noble Herb. However, single handedly AMANDA has assured I'll not return. Rude, dismissive and should not be allowed to interface with the public IMHO, let alone assist in a "well ness" facility.
