My second time there, Kennedi was great helping me out with referrals and very friendly!! Top 3 fav. Spot up in Menominee. Nirvana at last 😁. I will be back!!

Terrible place don’t waste your time you’re better off going literally anywhere else unless you enjoy the bait and switch routine and unorganized and unprofessional management that trickles down and makes the employees look just as bad 10/10 will never shop here again

So I decided to try a new cannabis store and Nirvana was my choice. had a great server, Justice the Server, willing to explain the products with a smile and friendly attitude. I was very suprised at the prices and the discounts they offered and also has a very decent rewards program. Will I shop here again....absolutely! loved the experience and saved alot.

At first I thought this was a great place to go!! Soo much that even though the first guy I dealt with kept showing me hybrids even though I kept telling him I only want indicas. It took for me to get on my phone and look online at the menu and just straight out telling him exactly what I want versus him showing me everything I don't want. But overall it was a nice experience so I came back a second time. This time I told Justin the same thing , I am only looking for indicas, he was pretty cool guy I even mentioned to him my experience the first time I came in about the guy steady showing me hybrids that I was not interested in. A lady came over and started speaking with us as well and we asked her what they have for indicas as far as common citizen label, despite our request she shows us a hybrid anyway and we trusted her judgement and purchased it without reading the label ourselves which they do not let u touch the product so it would have been impossible anyway. When we left the store we realized that the bag she suggested and sold to us was a hybrid. We called the store right away and when the manager got on the phone he was getting loud with me and telling me that it's not fully sativa when I explained to him I know this but this is not what I wanted how can someone get mad at you for not getting what they came for? I was just so confused as to why he was really trying to get me to be ok with what just happened. I do not smoke hybrids and I do not like sativa's either just because your employees messed up my order does not make it ok to yell into the phone at me . I even offered to give it back. So this is what I get for giving them a second chance. I will not recommend this place to anyone looking for anything specific. I did go across the street to higher love which is in the same parking lot. They were so nice I would definitely be visiting higher love again .

Went to nirvana about a year going again tomorrow 10/20/2024, really nice people when I went going to drive about 3hr there and back instead of just driving to Chicago that's 1hr aways. Would recommend them for sure excited to co again because since I became disabled the gummies help alot.

Love it here so much, favorite dispo in town. Great deals and even greater budtenders. Kennedi helped me and was super knowledgeable and recommended products that i ended up loving! I was there for the 1st time, I don't know much about the product but I learned today! The young man Lawsyn made sure that I had all my questions answered and that I was satisfied with the product. Everyone was very polite and willing to help.

Sandra always listens to exactly what I need and always let's me know if I will like the product or not, always tries to find exactly what I want!
