The staff is generally pretty clueless. Ive been here over a couple dozen times, spending at least $150 every visit. usually about 3-4 times a month. About %60 of the time I experienced a negetive visit. They never answer the phone, deals and updates are not reflected on the online menu. I was told mutiple times I could not utilize my points. Ive been overcharged 3 times now becuase staff forgets discount. On Top of all that I still came here, I was always polite and always tipped the budtenders. Untill my last visit that is. My latest purchase will be my last at this facility. The staff member refused to return a catridge that was clearly defective. He even tested the catridge, tested my battery and came outside to watch me try to rip it. After clearly seeing the product was a dud and was covered under the return policy he would not return it. It had all the fluid left, i had a reciept and I came in literally 5 min after the original purchase. I explained I lived an hour away, was a loyal custumer and Ive never complianed or returned anything. he flat out rudley refused to exchange my product. This is the last time I get ripped off by some half ass salesman who doesnt know anything about thier products. Your staff needs serious training. what a joke.

Very poor customer service. They only push really old flower. Check the harvest date.

Although I appreciate the honesty of the staff I was extremely disappointed with my visit this evening. This is the second time in 10 day period that I visited this store. Normally the selection is ABOVE AVERAGE when it comes to pre roll selection. I was told last week that the brand I liked was being inventoried, and would not be available until later that evening. I still dropped $120, but came back in later to find it wasn't there. Was told to come back this week. Come in and find that pre roll selection is down to roughly a third of what it usually is. Was informed the brand I liked was being dropped, and that their selection was down due to opening a new store elsewhere. This has been my go to source for nearly a year, they list as a medical dispensary but I see sativa and and hybrid sativas and hardly any indica. I asked when selection would improve and was told in maybe two weeks but no guarantees as the new store is taking their bulk of inventory. I truly hope the staff was mistaken because I really don't want to have to stop coming in and have to find a substitute location. I hope the store fixes selection, because I want to keep shopping and sending people in.

Decent concentrate selection and ok bud selection at a good price.

This store does not re-stock Yoda OG RSO even tho I was going there every 2 weeks for $50 worth. The guy behind the counter tried to sell me sativa even tho I had the packing label from the previous Yoda OG RSO (indica)Evergreen Brand 74%.PLease someone tell him there is a huge difference between the 2. I'd be happy to shop there but they need to restock what people are/were buying! Does anyone know where I can buy this in the Spokane area? oh yeah if you go here turn off the wifi locator on your phone, they track you and want a review

My favorite place ever. Used to depend on online menu on Leafly, but for some reason quit posting. I live 45 minutes away and now see no reason to make that drive when I have no idea what they’re going to have in stock. I have tried to use their own online menu but am yet to figure out how to tell anything about what is available in quantity!

Employees know what they’re talking about at this store, are nice, and always have a good selection. My go to for all things green.

These guys have hands down the best pricing in town. Friendly staff is always willing to show me product and get me a deal. THEY NEVER RUSH ME OUT THE DOOR, which is a really nice change compared to some of the other shops I have visited.

This is the ONLY store we shop in! The Bud tenders know us by name and always help us find exactly what we want ... even if we take FOREVER! Additionally they have a Awesome reward system for returning customers that ensures we always get the best product for the cost!

SHOULD BE A 0 STARRRR Went in on 12/10 at around 7pm and bought a piece of glass. Now remind you the piece was only 20$. When I filled the bong I noticed my pants were wet. There is a small leak at the bottom of the base of the bong. And the banger was cracked all the way across. So I decided I would call nirvana and see what they would do for me. I called and talked to a person they told me 40% off my next purchase and then around 20 minutes later called me back and told me 40% off my next piece only!! I said you want me to come into your establishment and spend more money on a piece. This is the second piece that has had an issue from THIS store.I spend thousands of dollars at this location regularly and have always been pretty happy with them. But I wont be shopping here anymore. YOU SELL GLASS THAT LEAKS AND WONT OFFER MY MONEY BACK!!!! BAD BUISNESS👀 (recipet in hand)

This is my go to shop, the employees are amazing and very knowledgeable, and something you dont see a lot is they enjoy talking to you and finding out the things you have tried and liked....

Hands down my favorite pot shop. Friendly budtenders who remember you, and are extremely helpful finding you what you need, and in your price range. I always find a good deal. And their point system keeps me coming back for the amazing discount(s). I don't even want to go to the other shops anymore!

The owners are wonderful! they honor Firefighters and veterans etc give out GREAT DEALS, and have some very good products:) Only place we stop at when in town. permanent customer!

The Leafly menu is completely out of date and shows inaccurate pricing. I made a special trip out here for the first time today to buy some live resin advertised at 30 and when I got to the location, it was 45 and one the strains that was advertised had apparently been sold out for weeks. On top of all this, the budtender that helped me seemed like he didn't really care about his job and his answers to all my questions seemed kind of short/rude. Overall, my first adventure to Nirvana Cannabis felt like a waste of time and money and I won't be going back. Why would I when there are so many other closer places in Spokane that actually respect me as a customer?

Great experience. Wonderful budenters on Sunday. Only suggestion would be better inventory location. Couple items they said were in their system but couldn't be located when searched by staff. With that said, still awesome. Amazing selection.

the staff r pretty good about pointing me towards similar strains I might like. super nice. they recently started tweaking the discount rules, now it feels like jumping through hoops. u want my business or not? you need to sell weed like it's bread not some night club dress in costume get a free drink ticket circus. stop trying to turn weed sales in to facebook. stop tweaking a perfectly simple system. end rant.

Was a long time customer and staff is decent, but ran into a string of defective cartridges and management is a joke... tested "fine" and wouldn't do anything after making me stand around forever...completely lacks customer service and does not stand behind the defective products they sell... would NOT recommend this outfit... hope the 47 bucks was worth it Mr. Manager...
