Everyone at NERD is extremely helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Especially Stephanie and Avery. I enjoy saying hi to them when I visit. I've known both for years. Best dispensary in New England by far.

First time visiting this dispensary, and I was absolutely blown away by the whole experience from start to finish! ID check was relaxed, friendly, and didn’t feel like we were checking into a prison. It was properly laid out, nicely spaced, and the atmosphere in that first room was smooth and painless (as it should be). The main room of the shop was brilliantly laid out, and the finishing touches were modern with a classical woodworking twist that felt right at home for the Berkshire county area. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely displayed some of the best customer service I have ever seen. We laughed, we learned some new things about different strains and the effects they may have, overall this was a stellar dispensary experience and hands down far and above every other local dispensary in the immediate area. If you have the ability to get out to this location, do it.

Loved the interior and the vibe. Solid selection of products and it's nice to have a dispensary close to home near North Adams.

Great little spot. Small town feel, tenders know their stuff, always running good deals and you end up chatting long after you've finished your transaction. Some gems are hard to find...but well worth it.

I’ve been there a few times now and the service is always wonderful. Everyone who works there is kind, welcoming, and greet you with a smile. I’ve gotten carts and pre-rolls so far and both have been out of this world.

Have been here twice now. Staff very knowledgeable and welcoming. I love that the building itself is off the main drag, for those of us wanting to stay discreet.

Excellent customer service. They listened to my needs and gave me exactly what I wanted. Lots of options and a great vibe. Cool spot.
