NETA Brookline is fantastic:
- Quality is quite good.
- Prices are eh. Not listed on the menu, but there is also a QP discount you can ask about. (Menu only shows price breaks up to an ounce.)
- Has its own parking lot with a cop there. So no worries about safety if you are carrying a lot of cash to buy with, or coming out with a lot of weed.
- I have gone 3 times now. The first time I didn't know about the parking lot and parked a block and a half away at a meter. 2nd time I went on a weekday in the early afternoon and the parking lot was pretty empty. 3rd time the place was PACKED (I think it was a holiday), but I still found a spot (the last one).
- When the lot is full they close it off. I would just circle a time or 2.
- If they aren't busy, the normal line is probably 15 minutes. Even if there is no wait it takes a bit cause they have to package and label everything for you.
- When busy I've waited 45 minutes in line, then 15 at the counter (got a buncha stuff though, so it took a while to package).

Breathtakingly stunning facility. Very nice staff. Easy first time patient setup. I went around closing time and only had to wait 10 minutes to get helped out. $49 off because it was my first visit.
I use CBD rich medical marijuana products for anxiety, stomach problems, and immune system defect. I got a half ounce of shake (12% CBD, 7%THC) Sour Tsunami x Cataract Kush for only $95. The shake discount + first time patient deal REALLY helped me out. I'll be all set for at least a few weeks because of this.
I wish the REM pens didn't have PG in them, but honestly the fact that I got high quality CBD flower makes up for that 10x. Will be back once they harvest some more CBD flower. Thanks NETA!

the new Black Triangle strain is the best Indica flower from any dispensary in the Boston area. It gets up close to ~30% TAC without compromising any of its strictly indica profile. Also, Steven J and his manager Simone are awesome.

First off want to say that as far as new patient specials, there is none I’ve encountered so far that are better than NETA’s match 50$ for 50$ up to 200$, I walked out w an oz for 150, just for that alone it’s worth it for any med patient, only catch is that you can only spend 150$ max per visit so you have to come in twice to cash in fully, it’s also the only reason I’ll ever visit NETA in the future as I was pretty unimpressed overall. Their weed is mostly very good, just way overpriced, and due to the high volume of that store all the best strains are usually sold out and they don’t update their website to reflect that.

Using NETA’s delivery service is a painful customer experience. I’ve placed 6 or 7 online delivery orders with NETA for medical marijuana delivery. Every order has been screwed up because of some glitch in NETA’s computer system. And as the orders became screwed up, I had to wait two whole days before the problem could get fixed and my delivery made.
So, if you want a home delivery from NETA expect it to take two days. Also expected to be in a Chat and on the phone with NETA for 2 and 1/2 hours trying to get this fixed.

This location is like a Dream come true. I like the fact that NETA has really educated there staff on all the different types of flowers, Edibles, oils, tinctures and lotion. There flowers are Beautiful. Every time I've gone there they have been fully stocked with a HUGE selection it's been hard to choose. There prices are reasonable when buying small amounts of Medicine. It's almost like they try to steer people away from buying ounces just by the price.

I was thoroughly impressed by their selection and am looking forward to when they get the shatter in stock. I am going to half to agree with some of the other posters that 350$ an ounce is a tad overpriced.

Best prices on bud anywhere, esp., when you factor in the discounts and specials. Good quality, well manicured buds. I can't believe someone complained they waived the smell of the herb to you? Thats awesome in my book and I like how you see the bud they are weighing up. Need to offer hash though. Some exotics such as moon rocks and such would be nice as well.

Awful parking for patients. No real good direction on where to park for patients. I can’t imagine having mobility issues and trying to go to this dispensary.
The police officer was a jerk and so were the workers in the parking lot who yelled at me when I didn’t know where to park. They apologized when I finally walked a half mile to get there and realized I am a medical patient, so I gave one star for atmosphere.
Sean (Shawn?) who helped me once inside made up for it, thankfully. Service is always amazing here.
I recommend not yelling at the people trying to give you business, especially those of us that have an actual medical need.

This is clearly the best dispensary I've been to in MA. I've gone there about 5 times at this point, and the selection is almost always great. The last time I went, they must have had 10 different shatter/wax options and at least 8 flower options.. good mix of sativa/indica/hybrids. The employees I've talked to are all knowledgable.. seems like a no-nonsense kind of place.
The only real downside is that it's generally crowded, so you might spend an hour there sometimes. I seem to have the best luck going around 1pm. But since you have to spend lots of time there at least sometimes, the atmosphere could be improved. It's a cool old building, but it feels like going the DMV in a way.. maybe if they played some music, it would help. But otherwise, it's pretty much perfect.

I’m a long time medical customer. Neta has great product and customer service. The associates are knowledgeable and eager to help. However, since becoming an adult use facility it has gotten exceptionally loud in there. My last 2 visits i couldn’t here what the associate was saying to me. As a medical patient, I sometimes come with questions to best manage my symptoms. Doesn’t really help if I can’t hear the advice. It’s disappointing, especially given there’s really nothing that can be done about it.

Salem has a small but varied product offerings of quality . It dispenses them in a two sta way. If (I guess he's the 'boss') seems to think you are talking too long with the budtender ,he comes over to check it out- bad vibes city ya bloke! But that isn't the workers fault now is it! Nick, Jr. , and a Brother and supoib Sister that work behind the counter have been 6 Star to deal with and deserve raises!!!.You dont get to see, smell or have some intimacy with what flower you are buying. Their Captain's Cake and Grandaddy Purple are Superb. The place looks like the 'boss' acts, but don't let that stop you. Some of the best product and budtenders in Mass. can be found here. clean, knowledgeable staff. Does NETA offer disability discounts? With the proper documentation of course. The CDC and FDA are making it impossible to be treated for pain via the medical industry and are prescribing MMJ, but it is 100 times more expensive a month for me to have my meds!

UPDATE 8/31 I placed my reserve ahead order at 11:54am and I never received confirmation that the order was ready for pickup until 8:43pm. what a joke on your part Neta! I will post this on every media possible. GO ELSEWHERE. THEY HAVE NO LOYALTY TO MEDICAL PATIENTS AND HAVE GONE DOWN HILL. LAST 6 RESERVE AHEAD ORDERS HAVE BEEN A COMPLETE DISASTER.
(See attached time stamps for proof that they clearly suck at confirming orders!)
UPDATE: It turns out they spontaneously shut off their reserve ahead ordering system at a radom time depending on business. Unfourtantley that means you have to place several orders and have them cancelled as they go through but the stock is unavailable. In addition, after 3 years shopping there they said me being a Jr. was an issue when processing my order. All in all, recreational customers are getting reserve ahead orders processed and picked up before patients. If you plan to visit after 5pm have an open mind on your selection as it will be random or cancelled. My last two reserve ahead orders have been a nightmare and cancelled. However, after waiting in line longer than anyone else they seem to have the bottom of the barrel nugs available to remedy the situation.
Friendly and Efficient. Neta has been my #1 stop since they opened their Brookline doors. Flower is always of best quality. Reserve ahead is incredibly helpful. Alex was accommodating on my last visit. If you're into flower, try the Sweet Tooth!

As a medical cardholder, I would go to any other dispensary at this point for customer service but NETA. They care too little anymore for real medical patients and clearly care solely for the high volume sales to the general public as their strategic M.O. Recently their on-line order system was down for over 24 hours both Brookline and North Hampton, and the only possible customer service to call to speak to a real person was also down in both locations. After 15 attempts to call - no ability to leave a message or call back number- a NETA employee finally answered but offered no help or support in placing an order even though their online system was down. It was very time consuming and discouraging when your in Brookline to get told to travel 2 hours to north Hampton if you want product/services. It has prompted me to get real medicinal care support services and products in other great dispensaries in the greater Boston area.

Very cool setting (the old Brrokline Savings Bank), top-notch staff (friendly, funny, and fearless), and consistantly fine wares (more smiles, and bang, for the buck!)
This was my second visit:
1. A bit more crowded (5 customers in front of me)
2. But plenty of in-line seating!
3. Did not feel rushed while being served (and I did ask lots of questions, all of which were answered forthrightly!)
My main reason for returning was ADVICE. Rather than going in with preconceived "wants" I told my "budtender" what I was trying to achieve and relied on their recommendations. Spot on the first time I went. Even more spot on this time.
Bottom line: I will shop thgeir again.

great medicine, great location, awful efficiency.
when they're busy the bud tenders have absolutely no idea how to efficiently move a line, there have been times I have wasted 2 hours+ in line while the bud tenders just continue to chat about nonsense with the customers. I get being friendly and open but there is a limit!!
