Got to see my main budtender Elias!!!! He’s like the main person I see and I swear he’s great! Recommendations are always on point. Always helpful or eager to get me the perfect strain fit for everything wrong with me! Im a disabled veteran and from a different time in life where customer service used to be above and beyond. I was previously a regular at this establishment and for the most part had a pleasant experience. Until I didn't.I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this dispensary. After noticing a mistake with my order, I reached out to resolve it politely. Instead of addressing the issue, the staff was rude and outright called me a liar. Their lack of professionalism and respect is shocking. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated fairly, but instead, I was met with hostility and disbelief. There are plenty of other dispensaries that value their customers—this is not one of them. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.
