It was so bad, he was calling me stupid and dumb. like out loud in front of the customers! NO RESPECT for his elders, my mom was with me. All because I asked about a discount, he was literally yelling you're mad you can't have a discount let me be very clear. I spend over $200 every couple days at the dispensary so his behavior was not only unacceptable, but it was appalling. I literally know cashiers personally at 4 dispensaries who love me and love to see me coming! To encounter such nastiness beyond my understanding. Although he made it very clear that if I reach out to the CEO, he will only give that email to an employee who will do nothing about this is truly UNBELIEVABLE CONSIDERING CUSTOMERS ARE THE REASON THEY HAVE JOBS!! I will be reaching out to the CEO anyway, in hopes that something can get done. Considering I have this on video and I'm sure there are cameras in the dispensary. This is all on camera. § attached is a photo of the man, laughing call disrespected me. I have a video of him as well. This man needs to be reprimanded for his behavior. That video needs to be pulled and someone needs to watch how this man is talking and treating your LOYAL customers.

I had never ordered anything from here yet but decided to because they were offering an awesome deal, BOGO. You can't bet that, right? Everything went fine with my order got confirmation that it was ready for pickup. I know they close at 10 and I don't live close so by the time I made it down there it was 940/945pm. I thought it would be okay as it was before ten still. Well all the doors were locked. I got an employee to come to the door after minutes of knocking. The employee informed me that they had computer issues and had to close early. I think that if this is the case shouldn't they have informed me so I wouldn't of drove 25 mins to get to them before ten. The employee told me that the same sale price would be available for me today. Unfortunately though he was wrong and it wasn't......All I am asking for is better communication. Why does that seem so hard sometimes.....

trash CRC concentrates.. bought the diamonds & sauce and it's terp-less crc tech sugar wax trash . would not recommend anyone to buy.... flowers were okay but I was not impressed.. basic quality for a high price

Online order. One person in front of me but besides that the place was empty. A young female with glasses was helping another customer who ordered the wrong item and had to redo the order. A guy with a pony tail comes over and calls me to next window to check me out he takes my id pulls up my info and another lady comes in and instead of finishing up my transaction he tells me that the other girl who wasn't finished with her customer whom still trying to figure out what she's ordering(online)smh tells me that she's going to be checking me out out and takes the other customer that just walked in???wtf So when the girl with glasses on the online window finally finishes up with her customer she gets to me and I let her know that the guy already pulled up my order and I just needed to pay she said that she didn't have any info and she needed my ID again I asked what was the purpose of him pulling up my uncle and all that and she said that she didn't know but if I didn't like it that I could cancel my order!?? How hard is it to have good customer service when you literally just had two people to tend to in your whole spot.... And to take someone in the middle of doing a transaction is unacceptable and unprofessional Both of the online attendants/bud there's whatever you want to call them did not represent Nature's Wonder in a positive light. 100% RUDE EXPERIENCE

I don't appreciate being told I'm banned from online ordering for no reason. I'm really clueless to why and now.im no longer a customer and will be letting people know how you treat people . I won't ever spend another dollar here or refer them again. !

You guys fell off terribly when it comes to the tru infusion flower it seems a couple of dispensaries has more of you guys stuff than you do and you’re supposed to be “home of tru infusion” and when you guys do have the half’s the buds are damn near shake cmon yal what happened

Popped in for a simple online order. Was charged the full city tax even though I'm a medicinal cardholder. Couldn't hear the lady through the glass at the express pickup because the music was crazy loud in there. She did take my card and enter the info into the system but was still charged the extra $20... Anyway, I'm sure the place is just fine, but not very cool of them to charge the extra tax regardless of you being a cardholder.

I won’t be back. Turn down the music so the bud tenders can hear the customers. The picture and the products don’t match. After their mess-up I waited an hour for a manager only to be told no one was available. You have plenty of choices and with their bad customer service I’ll shop elsewhere from now on. I’ll try again in 2023 to see if they got their sh!t together. Bye

Love this place. Yesterday I ordered two ice cream cake halfs at about 12pm. I went to pickup and they tell me they can't find my order. That they have no ICC left..... I literally only wanted to get that and was told my order via email was ready to pickup. The amalgi coast was good and they did find an ICC but was hoping for all ICC since my order said it was ready and they couldn't find it.

Going here for quite awhile and caught a great deal. Forgot to post it right away but all I'ma say is management honored their online pricing. Instead of trying to fix what was already posted online they honored the price. That's all I could ask for it was truly amazing

On April 21st, I ordered through Leafly at Nature's wonder dispensary on west Thomas. My problem occurred when my order was for a BOGO on sauce 1gram vape carts which I saw on Leafly deals. I didn't notice until I returned home that I was charged for both sauce vapes. I called nature's wonder and was told to bring my receipt back in and I would receive a refund. I went the next morning and was told the deal was only for April 20th. I'm really upset about it. I'm a senior and $45. is a big loss for me, not to mention an unnecessary trip.
